Stayed for one night on business with some colleagues. Hotel was hard to find as the street name didn't appear on my sat nav and entrace was unlit from the road. Car park was very dark and I would recommend finding a light part of it. Would have been a really posh hotel in the 80's, the rooms have not been updated since but some communal parts have. Shower was hard to operate, with settings of very hot, scalding hot, and melts the metal hot only. Enjoyed having the gym to use, makes a big difference to a stay. Food was great. Staff all very nice and enthusiastic.

i stayed at the heritage park in november 07 and found the staff there very friendly and helpful. the stocky muscular fitness instructor there was brilliant, he showed me loads of excercises to do, went through my session with me then wrote me out a training programme and diet. i have been following this and so far i`ve lost over a stone in a month thanks to the instructors diet and programme. this exceeded my epectations of what i would get from the staff!. the room was ok could do with updating, the food was good value for money.

my husband and i booked our stay at the heritage park hotel for our wedding anniversary. on arrival the hotel was warm and inviting staff polite and punctual. pool and facilities on offer looked good we never took advantage of them unfortunately restaurant very nice.............food delicious.... room was hot,clean and comfortable..oh' hot water too rooms are being updated so the hotel manager informs us....we had no complaints with this hotel and our anniversary was made very enjoyable.....we look forward to our next visit.

What Can I say, except this was an absolutely amazing stay, The food was exceptional and is always a good indication of your forthcoming stay, with breakfast the following morning from a buffet style table full of choice and freshness, the staff do need to be mentioned as its the people that make or break a hotel and this place has fabulous foundations for helpfullness and friendliness of staff. We will definately be returning

This is an American style hotel, versus the smaller inns that we used, and it also included Spa services. The rooms were large and the full bathrooms were nice. There is an indoor pool and hot tub available. The restaurant is more upscale than a standard hotel restaurant. The only thing that surprised us was the lack of air conditioning. We'd come to expect that by this point, so it wasn't a disappointment. The window openned more and airflowed through very well, so we stayed much cooler. Also, we were on the ground floor, so that helped. We were there during a heat wave, so I don't imagine this is an issue for most of the year. We did not become familiar with any of the staff, but we had a good experience with all that we met. Overall, our experience here was very good and I happily recommend it as a good place to stay.
