Room 304 Had to ask for 2 light bulbs to be replaced. TV remote did not work. Had to be replaced Towel racks missing in bath area. Bath light and heater dammaged. Grill missing. Fan defective. Light switch in vanity area installed wrong. Light switch next to front door did not work. Drapery rod broken. Employee's car parked in front of room. Had to walk to room. First time I stayed at Red Carpet Inn. Never again

I checked into this motel as it was late and I was very tired. The room was dirty, the security lock was broken and the bathroom had the worst case of mold. I will never again stay at a Red Carpet Inn. Please see photo's that are attached.

No intenten visitar este Hotel porque es un desastre. Cucarachas en la cama y en toda la habitacion. Mal olor en el agua de la ducha y del lavamanos. Terror de caminar por el vecindario muy mal servicio

Dirty, worn carpets with lumps underneath, no blankets on bed, "clean" towels with hair on them, cigarette stains on tubs, roaches in bathroom, stale smoke smell, no tissues, sink knob broken, security locks on doors broken off, poorly repaired hole in bathroom wall, bathroom door dragged on floor and would not shut all the way, hookers in the parking lot approaching members of our group. When i complained, especially about the hookers, I was told there wasn't much they could do and they would "pass on the complaints to the management." In each room there is a plaque that states if you have any complaints you don't have to pay for your stay but I did not even get a discount. We booked a large block of rooms for a "discount" rate due to its location but it was definately not worth it.

This hotel was like B grade horror movie. Broken furniture, dirty carpets with holes, tape on windows, broken door locks, no tv remote, bugs jumping out of the sheets, and roaches crawling across the furniture..checked out at 11:30 pm because we wouldn't dare get under those sheets. Ugh !! and they didn't refund a dime!
