We are just back from our holiday in Italy. Stayed in this hotel for 1 night. Our room was wide and very clean. Spotless. It is 10 minutes from the airport or train station or Bergamo center. No bath tube but no problem. Nice and clean decoration. Very nice restaurant. Meals were fine and service was gentle. Nice supermarket near the hotel. Would absloutely recommend to anyone who needs to stay in Bergamo. Very kind staff. Elevator was interesting; very big.

Terrible location. Took me forever to find it. Only reason to choose was close to Bergamo airport, but it is almost impossible to find without sat nav. The road to the airport can take 45 mins through traffic and the route is so just so counter intuitive! Room small. Aircon not working so room was boiling, was told by staff you can open window! Bit of a security risk however when anyone can climb in, and told them so, but there was the usual shoulder shrugs as if to say not my problem. Art theme of motel (it is not a hotel) is a joke, just scribbles on the walls. Breakfast was more than adequate. Bar service slow even though very few customers. Staff unhappy. Car parking was free which was good. Next time (and there will be a next time) I shall stay in Bergamo town itself which is a lovely town. This place is too remote, too mediocre to merit a recommendation.

An excellent hotel, clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Very helpful front desk staff and a computer terminal room also available so you can check your e-mails for a small fee.
Good inclusive continental breakfast served downstairs, regretably only microwave meals served at the bar, but the very helpful bartender recommended two restaurants in the centre of Stezzano - even drawing us a map.
We tried the Michelle and were served excellent reasonably priced food.
The location of the hotel is currently not easy to find from the motorway - a bridge is being replaced and this may have something to do with this.
I would recommend and definitely stay again

Stayed at this hotel for 4 days as a base whilst going to the Italian Grand Prix (now that I can recommend!). The hotel itself was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfectly edible and set us up well for the day but did lack a bit in imagination. Staff were very helpful, even getting us English tea on request! The hotel is in a more industrial area and slightly remote so the lack of a restaurant was a downside especially after a long day at the Circuit, they do bar meals but don't bother unless you like microwave meals! Also the directions we had were completely useless, the 5 minute drive from the airport (and it really is!) turned into a 2 hour fiasco!! Mind you it also took us 2 hours to find the Grand Prix Circuit so we weren't having a good day!! We will definitely stay here again when we return for another Grand Prix.......................it just won't be the same without Schuey!!

We stayed for a week over the Grand Prix weekend and to visit the area and were very impressed with the hotel. Having researched prior to the visit, we knew it wasn't in Bergamo and that we would have to walk for food, so this was not a surprise to us.
The 2 restaurants that were recommended were excellent, and easily within walking distance from the hotel. There was also conveniently a supermarket right behind the hotel which made getting other bits and bobs a doddle.
Room was spotless, staff were very helpful and because we had a hire-car, location was perfect. The main A4 Autostrade goes within a mile of the hotel (at Dalmine) and the main road from the town goes straight into Bergamo (about 2 miles away), so access to the area was easy.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this area.
