I stayed at Hotel Panorama last summer to attend a family wedding and had a fantastic time. The staff was very friendly and attentive in meeting all our needs. We never experienced any communication issues as most of the staff had a very good command of the English language. It was truly like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel for the quality and value it offers. It felt like a boutique hotel. My husband and I have stayed at numerous upscale properties throughout the world and would rank this as one of the better experiences we have ever had. Included in the hotel rate was a breakfast buffet containing a wide assortment of warm and cold items that was good to satisfy all palates. We never left the table hungry. The view from the breakfast terrace was quite spectacular, overlooking the City of Thessaloniki. I stayed in a small hotel suite with two bedrooms in order to accommodate my family (2 adults and 2 small children). For European standards, I thought that the suite was quite spacious. The rooms were spotless and the bathroom looked like it was recently renovated. The bathroom offered a generous selection of toiletries. The benefit of staying at this hotel is that the setting is very peaceful and one is removed from the hustle and bustle of a big city. The hotel is located in an upscale suburb of Thessaloniki called Panorama. There is a small supermarket, shops, and bakeries within walking distance of the hotel. A taxi ride into the City of Thessaloniki costs approximately 10 euros. On our last day, we had to leave before 6 am to catch a flight. At the checkout, we were greeted with a boxed breakfast that was good to feed a crowd! Needless to say, we were very impressed with the service and would definitely stay there again.
