Its a great hotel at a very Good location in Guangzhou, just at the Tianhe Square. Near the Metro Station and all the IT malls. The rooms are Luxurious and comfortable. I really appreciate the Service, I had to courier some samples to Zongshan and the staff helped me - collected the Samples from my room and packed them for me and couriered them. The Hotel is affordable too.

We decided to stay at this hotel during the Canton Fair. The hotel rooms are clean and well appointed. We decided that it would be nice to pay the upgrade for an Executive Suite. The suite itself was fine apart from the see through walls of the shower! why anyone wants to see those with whom you are sharing the room with whilst showering! ! Whatever floats your boat! The grasp of English by the staff was pitifull. We were led to believe that we would be entitled to club facilities. Apparently in china complementary cocktails have a totally different meaning to that in the west. The hotels definition was one coke or juice! In summary, this hotel was a bit of a rip off during the fair. They quadrupled their room rate! The Rats in the breakfast lounge were a little more than we could handle. When we pointed out that the rat was about the size of a small cat & asked what they were going to do about it simply met with a courteous smile!!!

From the moment you enter this hotel you are in awe. Hotel is just over 2 years old built with an Egyptian feel in the foyer. We booked a deluxe room and on arrival we were upgraded to a deluxe suite. only one word can describe the suite. WOW. The staff speak a little English but there was always at least one staff member on hand if the communication became too difficult. We were met at the door each time by a bell boy who would take us to the lifts , carry our bags right back to our suite. Here tips are not expected so the service was genuine. Highly recomend this hotel. Food was also excellent .
