Excellent Hotel, Very happy, we contacted this hotel direct to obtain an extra special rate, it was extremely centrally located and within easy walk to all the historical sites and ports of Echuca about a half a block to the main shopping area. Initally we looked at other hotels but upon arriving saw that there was alittle walk to get to the main tourist areas. The hotel was very clean and the beds very comfortable. All amenities were clean and well presented. There is a pool and spa area visible from all hotel rooms, Great parking for the cars ect... Would definately recommend it to other patrons.

This motel was outstanding. From the limited amount of free water, beer and soft drinks available (most unusual in an Australian motel) to the friendly receptionist and well appointed, clean rooms, we did not experience a single problem. The tariiff of $110 a double was reasonable value considering the quality accommodation we received. It would be 50 per cent more in a Melbourne suburb, and above that again in Melbourne's CBD. Echuca is a growing town with retirees from Melbourne attracted by Echuca's dry climate of almost constant sunshine. There is plenty to do, such as taking a paddlesteamer cruise a brief distance up the 'Mighty Murray' (River). However all this might mean little if visitors had a poor sleep. Thankfully at the Nirebo we could hardly have slept better. The motel was only one third full midweek but as Echuca is a tourist town, weekends are almost certainly far busier.
