The following are some of our complaints regarding this hotel; rude domineering owner, drab decor, awful breakfast, filthy shower curtains,cheap linen, blocked shower drain, faulty locks on doors, no balcony as promised and over priced rusty bikes. Stay elsewhere!!!

I enjoyed my stay here. Not far from beach and beautiful little church. The owners are very nice and friendly people. Francesco collected and dropped me to & from Airport for modest fee. Albano, the night porter, who has the best English in the whole of Tuscany, was ever friendly and pleasant. Will gladly go back.

Whilst the signora and her son were very sweet,Icouldnt help but think their hotel was being run on a shoestring.To have a boiled egg in the morning was classed as a treat and going to the toilet was to say the least awkward,having to stand in the shower tray in order to sit down.Mouldy shower curtain and lots of dust on the bedroom furniture.However we were made to feel very welcome and the gardens were just lovely.Evening tea on the patio was a delight.We did have to pay to go on the beach nearby or walk 500 metres to the public beach which in that heat was too much.Air conditioning was also at extra cost.Youths were a bit of a problem at night passing by the hotel with music blaring from cars when we were trying to sleep.The scenery was breathtaking,the Apuan mountains and the amazing pine trees but I`m afraid we wont be going back.Mrs.S.Marshall of Leeds.England.

I found this hotel to be a lot different than what I had expected from photos,and the standard of the rooms were not very high.In my opinion,it was overpriced.The family who runs the hotel were very nice though,friendly and polite.However,at my stay there,I had an unplesant experience with other staff.Certain people were rude and not at all professional,and at one point I actually felt threatened by a certain person working at the hotel.This really destroyed my impression of the hotel,and this kind of behaviour from a staff member was shocking.I would not recommend this hotel for girls travelling alone because of this experience.

Having recently returned from Italy I would like to recommend the above Hotel. It is a family run Hotel with a friendly and helpful atmosphere. It is a five minute walk to the beach with plenty of parking. The room and balcony were excellent and the bathroom was average for a three star Hotel. A very enjoyable stay. Good air conditioning!
