Nosotros ya habiamos reservado en este hotel cuando vimos las criticas que un viajero habia escrito aqui acerca del hotel, asi que la verdad es que ibamos con un poco de miedo sin saber lo que nos ibamos a encontrar, y nos llevamos una grata sorpresa. Si es cierto que hay que estar alerta para no pasar la carretera de entrada, pero esta señalado con un cartel, y nos encanto todo en general, el personal muy amable, el edificio y las habitaciones estupendas, todo muy limpio, y en el desayuno tambien estaba todo bien, en fin que es un hotel para recomendar a nuestros familiares y amigos. Esa es nuestra experiencia.

Siamo stati due giorni all'hotel Villa Ambrosina e ne siamo rimasti letteralmente affascinati. Il posto è bellissimo, tranquillo e con un panorama stupendo.La camera era favolosa...da allergo a 5 stelle !! Molto grande, con letto a baldacchino con uno salotto e con 2 televisori. Il bagno poi era grandissimo e con una doccia molto spaziosa. Ottima colazione con dei buonissimi croissant ( il profumo si sentiva fin dentro la ns. camera ).Comunque è soprattutto la gentilezza del personale che ci ha fatto trascorrere due giorni piacevolissimi..complimenti a tutti !! Da non perdere.

Zuerst, meine Muttersprache ist Englisch, aber ich vesuche die Kritik auf Deutsch zu schreiben. Wir haben eine schlechte Erfahrung bei Villa Ambrosino gehabt. Als wir nach 7 Stunden fahren ankamen in der Toskana, hat man behauptet, daß unsere (schriftlich und per Email bestätigte!) Buchung zu spät eingetroffen ist und man leider kein richtiges Zimmer für uns hat bis auf einer Art Notzimmer. Wir sind zu unserem Jubiläum hingefahren und waren dann entsprechend sauer. Sie zeigten uns dann das Zimmer. (siehe Beschreibung weiter unten) Wir waren nicht sehr angetan vom Zimmer. Es hat nichts mit den Zimmer auf der Webseite zu tun. Es sah aus wie aus einem 1 Stern Hotel. Wir sagten daraufhin, daß wir am nächsten Morgen abreisen werden und uns etwas anderes suchen werden. Plötzlich hiess es dann, daß man doch ein anderes Zimmer hat, das man uns zeigen kann und daß wir zumindenstest ab dem nächsten Tag haben können. Wir willigten ein. Das zweite Zimmer war ein belegtes Einzelzimmer. Man versuchte uns daraufhin das Einzelzimmer, das übrigens auch nicht ausschaute wie auf der Webseite, als günstiges Doppelzimmer zu verkaufen. Wir sagten, daß wir uns am nächsten Morgen entscheiden werden. Wir fuhren daraufhin nach Florenz und suchten ein Internetcafe. Wir fanden dann raus, daß man sehr wohl noch ein Doppelzimmer in dem Hotel für das ganze Wochenende buchen könnte. Daraufhin war uns klar, daß man uns von vorne bis hinten nicht die Wahrheit erzählte. Ich glaube, man bietet günstige (€85) Zimmer online an mit schönen Bilder und hofft, daß sie gebucht werden. Wenn man dann ankommt, gibt es die schöne Zimmer plötzlich nicht mehr, sondern nur die Gammelzimmer. Das Hotel liegt übrigens tatsächlich ganz oben auf einem Hügel. Zu Fuß wird es sicherlich sehr anstrengend sein hochzukommen. Die Aussicht ist aber schön von oben. Was mich am meisten gestört hat war die Tatsache, daß man nicht ehrlich zu uns war und uns zumindest ein Teil unseres Jubiläumsfeiers versauert hat. Das Zimmer(siehe Bilder): Das Zimmer war verschimmelt, hatte Spinngeweben und Staub an der Decke, roch nach Schimmel und das Bett hatte Sprungfedern, die mir die ganze Nacht ins Fleisch pochten und mir aus dem Schlaf hielten.

L’hôtel Villa Ambrosina est charmant et chaleureux et le personnel sympathique. De plus, il est situé sur une colline surplombant la région du Chianti. La vue depuis notre chambre était magnifique. Notre chambre était grande et joliment décorée. La salle du petit déjeuner était belle et le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Nous aurions voulu que notre séjour soit plus long. Il est très bien situé pour visiter Florence et toute la Toscane. Cependant, une voiture est nécessaire car la côte n’est faite que pour les très jeunes.

The worst hotel i have ever been!!! It is supposed to be an 3 star hotel, but it is an -1 star. It has two buildings. One of them seems to be fine, as you can see in the photos in internet, but the other..... Ugly, dirty, broken... You can see my photos. The roof was blak because the wet, the were black fungi in the shower, the mirror was broken, the lamps dirty, behind the bed....better dont look because you can find diferents bugs and i believe that never has been cleaned... I booked there because i saw the photos, but i was in another one, old, dirty.... I had booked 4 nights, and i asked to change the room. They answered me that it was not possible because i had paid 50E and thas was the room for that price, but even they could, there was not disponibility in the other building. With that anwer i looked for another hotel, because we could not stay there more and we felt swindled. Next day, when we said that we were leaving the hotel they told us that we had to pay 4 night although we had stayed 2 because we had booked 4. They offered us another room in the other building, but we wanted to leave. We had to pay 3 nights. They insisted that we had not complaint before, but i think that with this photos no complaint is needed...
