We stayed one night in a studio apartment with our baby. It was quite a large room with large bathroom (with bath which was good for bub). The room was warm, nicely furnished with thick drapes, had a comfortable bed and had a nice lookout onto a garden area with a bit of a view of the mountains. I don't think there would be any studios with view of the lake and it didn't appear that many of the other apartments would have direct views of the lake - I may be wrong. Could not park directly near the unit and had to walk up some stairs to get to the room. There are some parts of the apartment that are just starting to show a bit of ageing (ie minor cracks and stains) but overall a very clean and comfortable room.
Close access to Queenstown shops.

On arrival we were allocated to a room which was nothing like the room advertised on the website. We were told that the apartments were in the middle of being refurbished and our room had yet to be. The staff were understanding and readily upgraded us to a recently renovated suite, which was ten times better. The room had a balcony with lovely mountain and lake views and a spacious living area. It was located on the outskirts of Queenstown, within walking distance, but up a very steep hill - almost worth getting a taxi back! The staff were helpful and pleasant - especially when we realised, after we had left, that we had left various items in the reception safe!

Stayed in a two bedroom unit for 4 nights. Had heard that there was a steep walk into the city centre but did not find this was the case at all. Was a slight hill but nothing to worry about for any age. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Unit was brand new and everything worked perfectly. For the price I would recommend this to anyone.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and were not disappointed - everything was modern, clean, in good condition and we had a great view!! This place is great value and in terms of location, we did not have any complaints whatsoever - it's a quick 5-10 min walk to the centre of town. Yes there is a hill - but I simply took it as an opportunity to work off some of the excess food I'd eaten!! Our only issue (and it's not significant) was that the apartment was quite hot - perfect in the middle of winter, but we found it to be a bit stuffy (nothing opening a few doors won't fix).
In sum, I'd recommend this place without hesitation.
