OK, so there were some good points: good coffee at breakfast and cheap as chips for central Milan (better for the business area than the touristy bits). Now the bad bits: the bathroom was so horrible I was constipated for three days! Tiles off the wall, enamel worn off the shower base and, you've got to see the photo to believe it, but a combined bidet/shower! With someone else's hair in. And what use is a hotel room with one plug socket? Workmen assembling scaffolding outside from six in the morning, but presumably they'll stop some time. The bar downstairs was friendly, and it's next to a club called xXx, but I didn't investigate that.

What do you want to know? Let me start by telling you Me and my ftiends booked our room in January for a Holiday in September, got email a confirmation, all seemed good. When we turned up on the day they had to record of our reservation (which i had a printed and took with me) and stung us for a extra 200 euro for the weekend. I have never seen such a dirty bathroom. It is a red light district! I have been bitten by every insect know to man. I will add the Staff were plesent, but then again they did just fleace us for an extra 200 so i guess they would be nice. If you decide to visit Hotel Verona, then make sure before setting of they have ur reservation!!!!!! This was a very bad start to a weekend.

I and 5 of my friends are limitted-budget students who spent our last night in Milan. We was suddenly shocked when we arrived at Verona hotel since the pictures in expedia.com and the reality are totally different. The pictures in the website are unbelievable,as it positively overpresented more than 200%. We wanna be crazy again when we came inside my terrible room and disgusting toilet. If we didn't arrive at the hotel at late night, we definitely change to another hotel immediately! I never stay and reserve any hotel that have the worst decoration and room condition as Verona hotel are. All of my friends were very disappointed and dislike the hotel. However, only the location is quite good which is near the main train station. The money we paid is unworthy and unfair. Try to find other hotels in Milan if u don't want to have the worst experience with bad memory. Actually, there were better hotels near the main train station with a little bit higher price but provide much better quality. Unfortunately, it was too late to change at that time. Low satisfactory and poor quality with full of disgusting feeling is our conclusion.
