We saw a few reviews for this hotel online, and were a little bit worried, but when we got to the hotel, it was clean and perfect for a cheap weekend break. We didn;t have breakfast, usually because we woke up too late. The room was fairly small, but we only used it as a place to sleep and get ready in, so it was fine. My friend got lots of insect bites, but I only got one, so perhaps it was just him. Hotel was very hot if you didn't have the fan on though. But being a cheap place, I';d recommend it. --There's a lovely chinese run Italian restaurant (sounds odd I know!) but they were so adorable and friendly and the food was lush, so we went there several times and they were always very happt to see us. It's just on the corner on the main road to the metro.

Nous déconseillons vraiment cet hôtel. Nous y avons passé une semaine et l’accueil y a été plus que déplorable : un des gardiens regardait toutes les filles d’un air pervers, et en particulier les seins d’une de nous, le gardien de nuit ne parlait pas anglais, ne s’inquiétait pas quand notre clé manquait au tableau, ni quand on la trouvait sur la porte, oubliée par la femme de ménage, et le manager quant à lui essayait de se donner l’air sympathique mais il nous a ri au nez quand on a essayé de lui parler de différents problèmes qu’on rencontrait. Les services fournis ont aussi été lamentables : pas d’internet (réponse du manager : j’y suis pour rien ; appelez le fournisseur), pas de possibilité de paiement par carte (machine en panne toute la semaine, et j’ai vu depuis d’autre critiques c’était déjà le cas en juin et en juillet), et petit déjeuner vraiment infect, jus d’orange imbuvable et pain sec voilà ce qu’on a eu ! enfin on a eu des petits problèmes avec la chambre, toilettes bouchées (avec les relents que ça sous-entend), et eau maronnasse qui ressortait de l’évier. On pourra aussi noter que pour une chambre de quatre on a eu droit à deux serviettes. Vraiment on a été très déçues, l’endroit avait vraiment l’air sympathique, et le staff aussi au début, mais on s’est vite retrouvé face à pleins de petits désagréments qui ont un peu pourri nos vacances. Donc, si vous pouvez allez ailleurs, faites le, surtout si vous êtes des filles, nous à la fin on se sentait vraiment mal. On n’osait plus passer devant le comptoir, tellement le mec était bizarre, et quand on essayait de le dire au manager il nous riait littéralement au nez. Genre, bah oui c’est la vie, ça arrive, et de toute façon à Paris c’est pire ! Ils nous a vraiment dit ça ! A éviter à tout prix.

Two of us stayed at this hotel in mid-April. Our reservation wasn't in their computer system (make sure you print out a confirmation!) so they wound up bumping us from a dorm up to a private room for 2 with a bathroom. The room had much more furniture than most hostels, but not up to par with any hotel. The bathroom smelled horrible, but the room seemed clean. Our balcony had a huge metal sheet over it even though the room was on the second floor. When we booked the hostel, the confirmation said breakfast was free, so the next morning we went down and started filling our plates. All of a sudden the owner or a manager ran out saying "not included"!!!!! Even though we had paid for breakfast with our reservation, he said it was impossible and so we didn't pay the 5 euro for the meal. Luggage storage consisted of a hall out in the open where people throw their bags, by no means secure. I would not stay here again and don't recommend it.

We arrived after booking over the internet (which looked quite decent) to find a room that had paint peeling off the walls, water marks, and a bath room that was mouldy and had no toilet seat. It was revoulting and the most primative accomodation that I have ever experienced. Avoid at all costs!

My cousin and I stayed here not expecting much from it because we were used to budget hotels, hostels etc. However, when we arrived, they told us there was no hot water because the boiler had burst. Which is fair enough. However, they told us that because of this, they could not provide breakfast. In our room, we had a bathroom with a sink that didn't drain and a toilet seat that was falling off. Towards the end of our stay, my cousin left some shampoo in our bathroom and the next morning, it mysteriously disappeared without a trace. We asked the hotel to reimburse us and they very reluctantly did so. Obviously we were not very happy with the hotel, or their off-hand staff, so I asked for a discount. They said 10% and I had to fight with them to get it down to 20%. I highly recommend you to NOT stay at this hotel - it was a nightmare and ruined our stay in Milan.
