Found this motel online when it was a Super 8. We should have left when seeing the 10ft tall chain link fence with razor wire surrounding the motor home dealer next door. There was a huge crowd partying around the pool when we got there with music blasting. The man at the counter was filthy with a huge open wound on his face. We were tired and it was late so we went ahead and rented the room. When we got there, the carpet was filthy our feet literally stuck to the floor. The room stank of cigarettes although it was a non smoking room. Loud partying went on most of the night with no consideration for other people and the management did nothing about it. Next time we were in Memphis we saw the Super 8 sign was replaced by what looked like a locally made 'Super 7' sign. I'm thinking maybe they lost their franchise, as I feel they should have if not being shut down. Stay away, this place was one of the most disgusting places I have ever been to.

Motel was clean. I'm a smoker so the room didn't smell to me. Front desk lady was freindly and gave us directions to different places we were going in the 3 days we stayed there. Good location if your visiting Graceland, only about a mile away. Going to stay there again this year (Elvis Week)Hoping it hasn't changed. Will let you know. Also I felt safe. If your looking to save money for other things on your vacation, Motel 6's is the way to go.
