Like the others who have reviewed this hotel I would advise to stay away. I stayed on the 4th floor, and on this floor the walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING going on in the rooms next to yours. I had problems with my plumbing. Had a black rust like stuff in my watter. My bathtub was covered in this black like dirt. The hotel staff does not understand English very well. I am use to working with people from India and I am use to the communication problems. Here I had to write everything out on paper and go down to the front desk. I stayed in the hotel over 2 weeks and one weekend we went without power for around 18+ hours. Other buildings all around us had power. Just not this hotel. The power would go on and off all weekend. Sometime for hours sometimes for just a few minutes. Wi-Fi is also a problem. If you are in a common area, signal is okay. If not and trying to work from your room, you get a very weak signal. I did not enjoy the food either. It was very hard to find something that I could eat here. I ended up ordering in Pizza a lot. I would stay away.

This hotel was recommended by one of our local colleagues. Even the website looked nice. Upon arrival, the exterior and the lobby looked good. However the rooms are showing signs of wear. There was mold in the bathtub and rust stains on the door. I booked a deluxe (standard) room and requested non-smoking, so they put me on the Club Floor. Sounds special, but the only thing different I could tell was the wood flooring, which was extremely slippery due to some weird coating. The door has a huge 2 inch gap at the bottom so you can hear everything in the hallway. The power kept cutting out. This is a widespread problem in India, but the hotel should have a backup system. One night there was no hot water at all. Several phone calls to management were useless as they could not understand what I was saying. "There is no hot water" is apparently a difficult sentence. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the food. I recommend staying at another hotel if you are a Westerner (US/Europe) with higher standards.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days from Dec 20 to Dec 25, 2007. the hotel was excellent with its ambience, the rooms were well decorated and well maintained with all the required amenities, the bathroom was very clean and looked hygenic, i enjoyed the food in the hotel, the service was prompt and i can say excellent. The staff where well behaved. I was really nervous when i was checking into the hotel as i have read negative reviews about the hotel, but my travel agent said it was not true about the reviews and insisted that i check this hotel on his word. He was true, the hotel is an excellent choice and i say 100% value for your money.

I checked in was happy to find a decent room that had been recently updated. Unfortunately things went down hill from there. The remote had dead batteries and they were doing construction upstairs, so I went outside to work by the pool to get some quiet. The pool hadn't been cleaned in months and was greenish, the deck was dirty and covered in bird poop and the one of two deck chairs I chose broke when I sat in it. I went back to my room and the door key didn't work - twice. Very embarrassing to go down to the desk twice wrapped only in a towel. Once back in the room the drain in the shower didn't drain. They sent a manager up to fix the door key and a plumber and the next 30 minutes my door was opened and closed with people in and out. I've only been here two hours. That leaves a lot of things to go wrong in the next 22!

I stayed in this hotel on Aug 22nd and 23rd. We booked two rooms on the first day, rooms 212 and 217. Room 217 had stains and unpleasant smell from the leaks. We had to change to room 214. Next day we found leak in the bath room sink in room 212. We were too tired to change the room agian. We checked out in the early morning hours of 24th Aug. My son for got his wallet, cell phone and sony head phones in room 212. NOT to my surprise house keeping did not find them in the room, when we contacted them within 12 hours.
Stay away from this hotel, there are far better hotels for the money they charge.
