Went to this hotel for xmas for a week all inclusive, so payed a lot of money, It was a joke calling this hotel a 4 star, 4star foyer yes, but everthing went down hill from there. Allinclusve was a joke, you got your meals at mealtime and nothing else, the food was the pits always either cold or warm and you didn'nt know what it was you were eating. certainly went down well with the Eastern block country people they used to woolf it down likre theres no tomorrow. When you went to the dining roomdown stairs you had to run the gauntlet passed the Egyptian shop owners who were comlete pests. Drinks that was another story, If you got a glass you kept it as though your life depended on it, or else your drink could be served in whatever was handy, Only one barman and he had to do everthing, so you were often kept waiting. The roof top pool area was a digrace never been cleaned for ages dust everywhere, busted cushions, and the towels that were providedcould have done with being boiled in caustic acid to clean them, they certainly don't use Daz or conditioner. This hotel should carry a govornment health warning so BEWARE BE WARNED...

It was fine!

After reading all the reviews we were very worried about staying at this hotel - for 8 days all inclusive. But our room was really quite nice (very large, two large beds, balcony for drying beach towels, quiet location, cleaned daily) and the bathroom was fine - yes the grout round the shower was a bit skanky but you get that in many UK hotels. The food was reasonable - a bit repititive so I wouldn't recommend eating there for lunch and dinner but we were out all day diving and were happy to have plenty of food readily available when we got back. The drinks were fairly free flowing and the staff very friendly. Yes there were mainly Russians in the hotel but I'd rather that than loads of drunken Brits so it didn't bother us at all.

this hotel is okay if you want some where cheap to stop, located perfectly to the main area Naama Bay, however if you are looking at taking advantage of the AI option then this is not the place for you, we were in the lounge bar situated on the 1st floor we asked for 2 beers and was told that they had ran out of stella (free with AI) and only had sakara left which he said we had to pay for or drink something else ie vodka or gin which is undrinkable and tastes like pernod, also what was really getting on our nerves was the music arround the pool bar very loud. we complained to the manager one day as we had to pay for bottled water (the free water is warm), as compensation he gave us late check out and AI till we left for the airport 11.30pm (AI finishes at 3pm on departure day) also AI is only available from 11am to 11pm and they is not a mini bar or tea/coffee facillities in room. I found the restaurants in the resort very cheap and good so we ate out most of the time. I would go back to sharm el sheikh but not this hotel.
