I met my family there in August they left London before me.
The transfer from the airport to the hotel cost me ?50 (taxi)
when I arrived my 1st impression was middle of no where 3 star hotel... it was in fact NOT BAD... The food was good, the desserts counted to over 20n different kinds... the pool was clean, the beach was around 20 mins walk... the staff was friendly.... above all the air condition was included... this is not like turkey at all... often you have to pay extra.
I would go back... the hotel has 2 sections, they have entertainement including magics... and belly dancing... not bad ... would recommend.

I've nearly only read negative reviews about this hotel so i'll try to be a bit fairer................
the hotel is probably a 1 star although listed as a 3. It is i'd say 2 km from the beach not 900m as advertised and 2km to Side old town, We hired scooters for about £10 a day and that sorted that out..............to hot to walk...............about 45c.
Paid for half board but upgraded to all in as it was only 8 euros a day..................well worth it as turkey is not that cheap, did this for the drink not the food. The meals are a bit samey buffets and salad and you have to sit down early or end up waiting a while. Limited choice of drink unless you are happy with just coffee, sqash beer and raki.
Staff friendly clients mainly German and Turkish.
Rooms very basic but with free aircon.
The pool area is well kept and the best part of the hotel

My husband and I got a last minute deal to Side with Sunset Holidays (after a bungled booking that fell through with 48 hrs to go) and there was not a lot of choice as to where to stay. As I could not find any review on the SERTKAYA, I assumed that it could not be that bad, as no-one had bothered to complain about it ! How wrong I was......
On arrival, we were so disgusted with the hotel that we stayed only one night, before moving out and finding alternative accommodation at our own expense. The check-in staff were surly and rattled at high speed through the "welcome" process, making you feel anything but.
The location of the SERTKAYA left a lot to be desired. It seemed to be situated in what looked like a cross between a building site and a run-down residential area. It could NOT be described as a tourist area, despite a couple of similar hotels in the locality. It was a good half hours BRISK walk from the Old Town (not near as described) and the only other means of transport to get to town were the local expensive taxis. There was a hotel bus to the beach for an hour in the morning, and an hour in the evening to get back. Again, NOT as near to the beach as described, probably another 20-30 minutes brisk walk. And the beach they dropped you at was probably as busy and as relaxing as being involved in the D-Day landings!
The general state of the SERTKAYA could be best described as grubby and tatty. The fixtures and fittings in the room were shabby and broken, handles missing and furniture chipped and peeling. The corner edges of the bed frame were so sharp I worried about walking into them, and as for the actual mattress, it was so lumpy and hard I felt like I had pressure sores when I got up in the morning .The room stank of mothballs (we eventually found them lying in the sink??!!) and the linen provided was tired and old. The bar was exceedingly expensive, as we later found out when we compared it to other bars and hotels of the same class. The breakfast provided was mostly stale and unappetising. Who do they think eats all that congealed egg and spam mixture that was lying in fetid abundance in a large catering pan on the hot-plate??
The ladies toilet in the communal restaurant and bar area was not kept clean.
The only evening entertainment we witnessed was a very badly organised game of BINGO. In German. Only in German, despite there being other nationalities present.
There were NO other British guests ( not always a bad thing, gives you a chance to chat to other nationalities) but here it just showed that the SERTKAYA was obviously not patronised by the majority of British tour operators.
And with good reason.
