Just don't go there. All the plumbing screams for replacement. Breakfast is just awful - outright rotten vegetables (tea is passable). Simple plumbing fix took 4 days (I reminded them twice a day). Small and dirty room, tobacco smoke smell everywhere. The only positive impression - sauna, hamam and massage. These were good, the staff was kind and professional.

I have never been in a dirtier hotel in my life. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. The 2 star hostels I stayed at years ago where much better and cleaner than this. Dont' be tempted by the price. Stay away. During our stay several guests (including us) wlaked out and others just stayed because they couldn't change. Just as a small example: dirty breakfast cups, dirty beds, dirty baths with hairs in the bathtub and no toilet paper, smelly bar toilet, holes in the wall with cellotaped paper over them, etc.

stay away from this terrible hotel. we were there in June 2007 in the middle of summer but we never saw A/C works. Front desk people are rude and not helping. aweful rooms, dirty. Horrible breakfast service. you never can find something eatable. very dark and nasty hotel. bad area. you can never have a rest in this hotel. It's in a busy , bad area. never ever go to this place. please stay away. it's not descriable !

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. We were booked into this hotel by our tour company. The front desk clerk was extremly rude. While checking in, he made it very clear to me that I had to wait while he was checking in walk-in people. The reason was simple, the hotel already had our money as it was part of our tour stay. Other individuals were walk-in clients. He wanted their money. We waited almost 30 min, before getting to our room. It was very frustrating. The following day, we asked the same clerk where we could find a taxi or if he could call us a taxi. He answered by saying "No" he wasn't going to call a taxi and he didn't know where we could find one. We complained to the hotel manager. He assured us that, the front desk supervisor would contact us to discuss our issue. Nobody followed up with us. We complained to our tour company. The following day we received a plate of fruits. Not an apology. The situation got wrost from there on. We had better help from the clerk of a store infront of a hotel.

The worst 4 star hotel we ever took. No hot water! – We got hot water only during some hours of the day. The room was filed up with smoke, located on a disco that rock 3 nights a week (so no sleep). The only way we could refresh the room when opening the window and having the smoke from the chimneys come in to the room. Bathe room falling apart and rusty. The spa is a joke – and they try to charge for it separately. Only one good thing – location.
