Great location close to shopping, the hotel pretends to be a stylish boutique hotel and a big TV screen mounted on the wall you could swivel round.

Otherwise a fantastic location for the docks, meal in hotel excellent and the staff were very helpful.

The location is excellent and this small hotel is beautifully decorated in a modern style.

Just 5 mins' walk from the riverside area and the main shopping streets, and maybe another 5 mins to Lime Street station.

Our room (209) was very attractive - split level, with a large bathroom, huge bed and living area with sofa, large screen TV, stereo, wardrobe, wall sized mirror.

However, come sat when we came back to the hotel, our room had not been serviced properly, the linen was not changed, bed badly made,tea or coffee not replaced, toiletries not replaces including the basics like toilet paper and emptying bins.

The room was quite large that I stayed in (room 207), and even had two levels - the main level was where the bed, desk, overstuffed leather chair, table with two chairs, and closet was, and the upper level was the door and the huge bathroom.

Please write at least 15 words the location the size of the room the luxury the bath products, liverpool is definately changing for the better and bruised legs from the bed corners so be careful.

Great location close to shopping, the good things about the hotel are the size of the rooms and the en-suite bathrooms are also spacious.

We ate in the restaurant only once, for breakfast, both food and service were good.

The bar staff were great, the food in the restaurant was lovely.

Mirror had huge gaps all around, pillows were lovely and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

Within the building is the restaurant Room - good food but expensive, and a couple of doors away is an excellent family Italian restaurant - excellent food, great experience, good value.

Very acceptable breakfast in spectacular surroundings, perfect hotel for our 40th wedding anniversary and the reception staff were wonderful very friendly and helpful.

Practically it doesn’t have a car park which was frustrating as road parking was charged every day of the week and the big car parks were a short walk.

We travelled in by train as we had guessed that secure parking might be difficult.

On street parking is expensive and so are the car parks - which are not nearby.

The room was spotless and the food was fantastic.

My room was large, clean, modern, looked brand new, and had everything I could have wanted.

I'm not clear whether the size of our room was normal, or whether they upgraded us because of this problem (if they did upgrade, they didn't tell us).
