  Liverpool great city and a lovely hotel. Staff efficient and friendly, spacious bedroom. Iron etc. beds large and gorgeous Elemis products, lots of fluffy towels, bathrobes. The nice restaurant downstaires.

  Great location and the room was amazing, hotel staff were very helpfull we needed to add an extra day to our stay, also, the towels and bath robes were lovely. The breakfast was excellent.

  The location is ideal for the city centre and even the parking at the nearby qpark was subsidised, this hotel is beautiful, stylish and cosy, all the staff are perfectly charming and efficient. The rooms are fantastic.

  The room was great, big bed and bathroom, sofa, big tv, eating area, the hotel was charming a beautiful. The staff were really friendly, the bedrooms were amazing and the restaurant was also great.

  The location was perfect for shopping and the nightlife, the bathroom was clean and had a modern design. Brilliantly central well priced staff were hugely helpful, the rooms was spacious and restaurant and bar were friendly and helpfull.

  Great location and brilliant Hotel. Very spacious, excellent service and very friendly helpful receptionist. Extremely comfy massive beds, just several lamps and food was lovely to staff very nice.
