Me, my wife and my daughter, with 2 years, went there and we liked. It is a modern hotel with reasonable number of facilities. It is not well located but it is near the Gulbenkian Museum, a good place to visit, and it exists a subway station 10 metres ahead. The rooms aren?t very big but are confortable with a very nice bathroom. The breakfast is Ok. Once again we liked the hotel!

Comfortable, clean 4 star business hotel. Very close to the Gulbankian museum and 5 minute walk to the Corte Ingles (Lisbon's biggest department store). Quite a trek out of the city centre but has a metro station next door with direct metro into town (although taxis are a very quick and cheap way to get around town - 3 or 4 euros into the centre and 8 euros to the airport).
Nothing special about this hotel and certainly not in a picturesque part of town but, if you can get a decent rate, it's well worth it. Breakfast is good but the restaurant should be a last resort for any other meal: expensive and bland. Trouble is, there are no other eating places in the vicinity.

The Acores Hotel is a very sleak business hotel located right next to the Praca De Espana. The staff was very nice and courteous, although not all of them spoke English. The breakfast was very good (pastries, breads, cereal, eggs, bacon, cofee, juice). The rooms were very modern and sleak, with a very nice large bathroom. I stayed for 5 nights without any problems.
The hotel is located within 20 feet of the Praca De Espana Metro stop, which for .75 Euros allows you to get anywhere in the city in 10-20 minutes.
There is also a bus station located across the street, which for 2.5 Euros will take you to the Portuguese coastal beaches of Caparica (the California style beach where all of the locals go on the weekends).
Overall a very good stay.
