Stayed here for 7 nights in September 2007. Lobby OK and some staff very helpful but rooms are very tired (dirty looking) and urgently need renovation. Sofa beds very old and uncomfortable. Location is great but would not stay here again till rooms have been renovated.

My husband and I were nervous about staying here after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. When we arrived (for a 6 night visit), we were pleasantly surprised about how modern and clean the Studio apartment was. We slept on an extremely comfortable sofa bed and were grateful that we had a fully equipped kitchen to return to after a day of sight seeing.
The hotel is close to a major road, however the room was whisper quiet. The hotel was in walking distance to everything, particularly the drop off area for the Roissy Bus from CDG Airport and the Boulevard, which is lined with great restaurants.
The Hotel facilities were great, as it has a laundry, games room with billiards Table, free internet and breakfast area. All staff speak perfect English, however they are French and did appreciate some attempt at the French language.
If you are looking for a reasonably priced stay in Paris, we would recommend the Citadines.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights at the end of August. I happened to be looking online on the Citadines website and saw a "web special" of 179 Euros/night. For Paris that was a steal. I found the front desk staff to be helpful and the fact that they didn't make up the rooms everyday wasn't a big deal because if you needed fresh towels, pillows or toilet paper they gave it to you at the front desk. The breakfast was overpriced at 9 Euros so we didn't eat it, but there is a bakery literally across the street and a Monoprix 2 blocks away to buy food. The woman who took care of the breakfast was so sweet and gave me a cup of coffee each morning with a smile. Our room was a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 but since our kids are still young we fit 5 in there and didn't bother to pay for a rollaway at 19 Euros/night because the upstairs bedroom had 2 twins pushed together and all 3 kids fit on there. My husband and I slept on a double sofabed downstairs and I actually found it quite comfortable! The apartment was a duplex that had a very windy circular staircase that connected the 2 floors. You did have to be very careful on those steps that's for sure! As far as the rooms being old and tired - I really didn't think they were so bad. They were equal to a 2 or 3 star Best Western if I had to make a comparison. If I had paid 300 or 400 Euros for the room I might have been disappointed but with the dollar so low against the Euro I thought that this hotel was a GREAT deal and I would recommend it for the price we paid. The location is a good one - only a 10 minute walk from the Roissybus to CDG and that made for an easy connection back to the airport. All in all we had a very good stay - it wasn't the Ritz but we didn't pay Ritz prices either! Enjoy Paris if you go!

The pictures of this apartment hotel show much better than the rooms. The hotel lobby is very nice and refreshing, complete with air conditioning and no cigarette smoke since it is non-smoking. But once on your floor, look out, as smoke billows from neighboring rooms right in to yours.
The room itself is dated and tired. Old gold and orange comfortors took me back to the 1970's, and the rooms are tired. They had air conditioning, but only one of ours worked, and our toilet light was out, a small thing but clearly showed that they did not look for things like this. Then to our surprise, there was no service of our room for the entire 4 days we were there, so we made our own beds, hung up our towells, and ran out of shampoo and soap. This is an apartment-type place for longer stays, but there are NO SERVICES and NO HOUSEKEEPING.
Also, breakfast is not included and it was 9 Euros for some fresh croissants, coffee, and yogurt. This is all and totally not worth it.
The location of the hotel is good, but this was all. I would not stay here again.

Just come back from 3 nights at this hotel. It's in a great location and it's lovely to have more than just a typical Paris shoebox-sized room to stay in. The kitchen was well equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery and plenty of cooking utensils. We got an extremely good rate of 165 euros a night for a 1 bed apartment and the staff were very friendly so we were very happy.
The down-side though was that the maintenance of the room was dire. The dishwasher leaked very badly all over the kitchen floor when we used it (and had signs of having done so for a while) and the toilet flusher fell off the wall every time it was used!! Maybe we were just unlucky but I think it needs a bit of loving care to make it a brilliant hotel.
