Chambre chaudes et bruyantes et lit dur
Guest name: Anonymous

Location
The Classhotel is about two miles or so to the east of Aosta, just off the main road and a few minutes from the motorway junction. If you look upwards then the view of the mountains is lovely, just best not to look straight ahead at the dual carriageway!
There is some renovation going on at present.
There is free garage parking.
Staff
In our one night here the staff on reception were pleasant and efficient.
Room
The room was clean, was a reasonable size but lacked any air conditioning.
Food
The restaurant was ok but if I was stopping again I would probably make the effort to go into Aosta and eat somewhere else.
Cost
At £72 I thought this was rather expensive hotel given its location and quality.
Use Again?
I would probably try to find somewhere else to stay in this area if stopping over again.

Booked this as a stop over on my way further south with my wife and young son. I have wide expereience of hotels in Europe and this was one of the worst. Air-con did not work - no apology. Breakfast was pants - poor service, lacking in food, no juice. If you are looking for a hotel on this area there are plenty more around - do yourself a favour and stay clear of this place!

We had 2 rooms on the fourth floor. The size of the rooms were OK - and we do not have any complaints about the cleanliness. The minibar had a good selection and the prices were acceptable. The service at the hotel was good. WHen this is said - the air conditioning did not work well - by that meaning in both rooms it was extremely noisy and did not really cool the room. The temperature in the rooms was high so the alternative was to open windows. The hotel is situated next to a main road with heavy traffic until about 2am starting again at about 6am - so the noise was even worse than from the air conditioning. If you like hard beds this is he place for you - they were like sleeping on concrete. There was a buffet for breakfast serving a lot of sweet things - cake, pastries etc. The toaster did not work - and for the toast there was jam, ham or cheese. I was not impressed by the breakfast - but it was adequate. We will not be staying here agian. another time we will keep on driving about 10 minutes and stay in one of the 2 star hotels a little further towards Switzerland.
