I don't have a lot to add to the previous reviews but:
Service was amazing:
We had to leave our passports with the reception like in any Italian hotel, but instead of calling us or us having to go fetch them, the receptionist brought them over personally after 10 minutes.
Also in the morning he personally came to give us a wake-up knock.
We had to miss breakfast to get to our morning flight - the receptionists looked genuinely sorry about this and offered us free coffee from the machine they had in the lobby.
The shower was exceptionally good with strong flow and generous hot water.
TV was bad, hard-to-operate remote, with no English news - but for the price I was surprised there was a TV at all :)
Too bad they don't have an earlier breakfast than 7:00 am - it could be expected from a hotel that I suppose most people book because it's location close to the airport.
Make sure to order a non-smoking room if you are sensitive - we forgot and the room had an odor. We didn't complain, I believe they would have moved us.

This hotel is a gem. The drawbacks are well documented which are the fact that the Hotel is way outside Rome and situted on a Motorway. You are also reliant on a car. If you need to go to Rome you either drive or catch the Bus.
If anybody considers stopping here you are warned that access to the hotel is only from the Northbound, (towards Rome) section of the Autostrada. If you are traveling southbound you pass the hotel, turn off the next exit, pay the toll and then rejoin the Autostrada and turn off at the Autostrada Service area.
I found the staff to be helpfull and friendly. Myself, my wife and our three children, all under 5 years, stopped in one room and found that there was plenty of room. Not sure if this was allowed but the staff passed no comment.
The hotel serves no food, except for breakfast in a spotlessly clean dinning room. There are vending machines. However, a short walk away is the Motorway Service Retaurant, known as Autogrill. Prior to my stay, my experience of these motorway restaurants are not to favourable. I have found them expensive and/or of poor quality. However, this Autogrill was cheap, cooked fresh Italian food in front of your eyes and was very comfortable. I have say the food in this place was better that some restaurants in England I've been to. There is also agreement with the hotel of 10% off food when you hand in a voucher before you pay.
In short, Great Rooms, Clean, Cheap Price, Easy Access to Airports and Welcoming Staff.

My husband, my small child and I stayed here for 1 week in early May. Although at first it was tricky to find this place, we soon found it. We found it easy to get to Rome, but then again we did hire a car.The staff were friendly, and the room was very clean. Will be staying here again when we visit Rome again.

It's an excellent hotel for the price, however, it's way out of the way from metro area Rome and buses going to the hotel stop running early. If your renting a car and know your way around it's an economical way to stay at a good, clean hotel with good yet minimal service. After all we only needed a place to sleep, change and put our stuff. There is too much to see in Rome to spend any time in a hotel. So i highly recommend it if you have a means of your own transportation, but if your going to use the metro, find something closer to the stations because otherwise, you'll be walking to the hotel for a few miles in the middle of the night and/or be restricted to sightseeing by operating hours of the trains and buses.
