I stayed here for 15 days on a business trip. The first 2 days the A/C did not work and none of us were very happy with this place. Once they got it working again everything else fell into place.
The rooms are big for Europe. The bathrooms have showers. They have small refrigerators that are full of mini bar things, but they didn't mind if you took stuff out to put in food stuffs as long as you put their stuff back when you left.
Breakfast was typical for a European 3 star. Some meat and cheese, cereals, fruit. Things like that. No hot items. Dinner was pretty expensive for what it was. Most of us ate in town.
It was right across the parking lot from a mall, which was nice if you needed to go buy food or anything else while in town. But if you are trying to go see the old city it is about 1.5 KMs and the main road into town has no sidewalks. Just busy bike lanes.
There was an internet computer in the lobby that was free to guests with a 15 minute limit per person.
Our only complaint was that our business required us to leave the hotel before they started serving breakfast at 0700 on several days. They were more than willing to give us some free expressos or coffee and a roll if they had it from the lobby bar prior to our departure. But they would not budge on starting breakfast at 0630 so we could eat. The price of the room did not change if you ate or not so there was nothing we could do about that one.
The rooms were cleaned and I never found hairs or anything in the bathroom. Although there is little reason for tourists to ever stay here for more than one night, if you come to this area I would recommend this hotel.

Albergo ottimo sotto tutti i...
