Our family (2 adults and 2 small children) stayed here for 2 nights. From a value point of view, this place is incredible. We got a 2 bedroom chalet with separate sitting room for about $50AUS per night. This included breakfast (which was limited - asian style b'fast or egg and toast). The place has a great tropical atmosphere. Very family friendly with table tennis, very large pool, poolside games room, beach etc. The room was spotlessly clean, but the bathroom was a bit run down. I would definitely stay here again. We have also stayed at the Swiss Gardens resort, which is much more glamorous, but you will pay a whole heap more. Better to save your dollars for a fabulous seafood meal at Besarah (which is just down the road about 5 minutes towards town - left hand side). Try their Indonesian Prawns with fried buns in particular. Mind you, what ever you order will be delicious !

we held our family day in this resort. Beside the cozy ambiance, around the beach, the others was disasters. we were overcharged for the breakfast, but only one kind food of breakfast was served! BBQ was charged like standard 3-4 star hotel but food was burn and lousy!. the hotel and chalet were in bad condition. We felt like being cheated!. We will never stay in this place again and would not recommend it to anybody.
