I suggest not to book this hotel if you can go in others in Paris centre. It is very expensive but it doesn't offer what 240 € per night could get you think.... If you book a 3 stars hotel in the vicinity you will save a lot of money and maybe you'll experience a better service.
I went to this hotel for the last days of the year 2007 and this is maybe the reason for the very expensive tarif. Breakfast was not included, but it costed 22 € per person per day and we were obliged to go and have breakfast in a bar in the vicinities (where we payed a quarter...).
Then there was a ridicolous problem with the keys of the rooms: they didn't open your door each time you tried to.... And each time you were obliged to go to the reception and ask for help.
The room, on the other hand, was clean and comfortable, even if quite poor for a 4 stars hotel in the centre of Paris.
Again, book a 3 stars hotel in the same area and you will visit marvellous Paris saving money and avoiding troubles.

A group of 6 of us stayed here at the end of August 07. Hotel was clean and tidy. Extra pillows provided, safe box in room, bathroom clean, good shower. The buffet breakfast is 12euro each, which we thought was a lot of money before we got there. But in relation to the other cafes etc in nearby area, this was quite reasonable. Buffet consisted of pastries, meats, cheeses, cereals and some hot food.
The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees with a few shops and cafes along the way. The hotel itself is located in a quiet residential street, no noise problems and area felt safe when walking around in evening etc.
Went to Moulin Rouge show while we were there, and it was ok, but not worth the money in my opinion. Also ate at Altitude 95 at the Eiffel Tower, which was really nice, and the food was very good.
Used Grey Shuttle company for transfers to and from the airport - very reliable and good rates.
Overall, hotel was good, I would definately recommend it. I would say it is about a 3 star, despite some websites advertising it as a 4 star.

Me and my wife enjoyed our 3 day stay here, the location is in a quiet area and only 5 minutes from the metro,we payed 11 euro per day for the both of us to use the metro daily, the hotel charged us 83 euro for breakfast for 2 for 3 days, you can really fill yourself up on this and set your self up for the day.
We booked Airport Connection shuttle bus company from cdg airport and they were on time and very profesional I would recomend them for first timers however If I go back I feel confident now to get the train and the metro
if you book this hotel you wont go far wrong, hope this helps.
