I stayed at the Hotel for two nights over Easter Weekend.
PROS: The hotel is in a great location, on a side street. The Arc is within a few minutes walk, as are two metro stops, and several cafes. There is a small grocery store a few doors down. Large bathroom by European standards
CONS: My room looked absolutely nothing like the photos on the website. The room gave the appearance of being dirty, although it wasn't as it was just old and worn out. The pillow was flat, and the mattress saggy. Breakfast was pricey for what they provided.
I placed a "DO NOT DISTURB/DO NOT CLEAN" sign on my door and left for a few hours. When I returned the room had been cleaned, and my clothing, personal items, etc, were organized in a way that the housekeeper deemed appropriate including putting items in my suitcase. What a complete invasion of privacy!! Managements response was that since I wasn't in the room, I wasn't disturbed. However, how did they know I wasn't in the room until they disregarded the sign and entered anyway?
Although the location was great, I wouldn't stay at this property again.

The pictures on the web site must have been taken a number of years ago, the rooms are in poor condition. Beds are quite uncomfortable with horrible flat pillows. The carpet is stained and smells moldy. You must climb into an old tub and use a handheld shower. Water goes all over the bathroom with each use. The hair dryer is a joke - take your own. The outlets are 240 only - take your adapter.

First trip to Paris and was pretty happy with the hotel.
PROS:
- LOCATION! 2 blocks from the Trocadero Metro stop. Short walk away from the Eiffel Tower and Arc d'Triomph. Multiple restaurants close by as well.
- Clean. Room and bathroom was in good condition.
CONS:
- Pricey. 111 Euro for a twin room.
- Breakfast not included.
I would recommendthis hotel.

Picked this hotel for its price and location.
Were not disappointed by location. It was ideal. 5 min walk to Trocadero, 10 mins to Eiffel Tower and 15 mins in other direction to Arc De Triomphe.
Rooms small but clean. Reception staff excellent and friendly

How did this hotel ever get its 3 stars?

Floride Etoile - meaning Florida "Star" - how did this hotel ever get 3 etoiles?
Hotel rooms were very small - size of a postage stamp in fact! The heating was on too high all the time - we had to open the French doors a lot of time in the middle of winter just to get the temperature in the room to go down. We could see the very top of the Eiffel Tower from our room - but only just!
We came back from sightseeing at about 4pm each day. On two occasions our room had still not been cleaned. The second time this happened I phoned reception to complain. They simply told me that the cleaners worked between 9am and 5pm cleaning rooms and they had not got round to cleaning ours because there were so many rooms to clean! (63 rooms does not seem like a lot of rooms to me!). The breakfast buffet was disappointing. They frequently ran out of basic items such as bread, bread rolls and butter etc. There were often not enough glasses available to put orange juice in.
Overall, I do not think this hotel deserves its three star rating and I would definitely not stay here again.
