Returned from this hotel today. Was a little worried after reading previous reviews. But there was no need. I went with my partner and two children. We were allocated a huge room with two kingsize beds. It was very clean and spacious with a good sized bathroom with huge walk in shower. Could not fault the room (except having to share bed with 9 year old boy lol). We went on an all inclusive basis which was quite good plenty of food on offer, the only problem was it got a little repetetive after a couple of days as at lunch and dinner only one item from the buffet seemed to change, everything else was the same. All the food was cooked well and edible so nothing really to complain about just limited choice. The drinks included were fine also the only odd thing was the bar didn't stock wine this was only available in the restaurant. But fine if you like beer, vodka etc. The pool area was very nice, quiet all day which made a nice change from getting up at 6am to find a sunbed. But the water was freezing!!! The beach was great, fantastic jetty from which you can snorkel and see a huge selection of fish. Not great for small children you couldn't paddle as the water was covering coral. The staff at this hotel were fantastic and could not be more friendly and professional. The waiters made sure we got a table for every meal (and not for tips we only left one on our final evening and this went in a box). All in all thought the hotel was very good, just the lack of choice in food let it down.

Stayed there for 2 weeks. First room given was awfull, on the 1st floor, dirty bathroom etc. After complains to reception, we got very nice room near the main pool. Room is very basic, but comfortable. Bathroom was poorly equiped, time by time water was dirty. Air conditioning worked perfectly, nice balcony, also a lot of places around hotel where to just lounge with your drink. Hotel was nicely green, staff friendly and helpfull. Most of the time we spent outside hotel, Naama Bay a lot to do in evenings, during the day time take tours to explore Egypt. Be aware of taxi drivers, always ask for price and negotiate at least 3 times lower as they want to cheet you all the time. Once also taxi driver brought to other Rotana hotel and did not wanted to bring to right hotel. Otherwise, Sharm is perfect place where to relax and to spend vacation!

E' la quinta volta che andiamo a Sharm. Quest'anno siamo stati con Columbus ed eravamo un gruppo di 11 persone. Il Coral Beach Montazah secondo noi ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La formula all inclusive è valida. con gli snack serviti dalle ore 11 sulla spiaggia si può fare anche a meno di pranzare. Nessuno di noi ha avuto problemi intestinali. La cucina è buona se rapportata all'Egitto. Le camere sono grandissime e pulite. L'hotel è su due livelli (spiaggia e Ristorante) e per salire bisogna fare una piccola salita di circa 150 metri che è comunque utile per smaltire quello che si mangia. La spiaggia è di sabbia e permette delle lunghe passeggiate. La barriera corallina è ancora intatta, si consiglia di verificare la direzione della corrente e salire su un pontile di un altro albergo e lasciarsi dolcemente trasportare verso il proprio. Abbiamo visto e giocato più volte con pesci napoleone.

Sono appena tornata da una vacanza al Coral Beach Rotana Montazah. Il villaggio è bello per carità ed anche la spiaggia, ma la cucina non è proprio il massimo... Ho viaggiato con il tour operator Karambola, che gode di minor considerazione da parte della direzione dell'hotel rispetto all'altro tour operator presente nella struttura (Going, tanto per non fare nomi). Abbiamo avuto un po' di problemi il giorno della partenza. Dovevamo lasciare la camera entro le ore 12 (il nostro volo era alle 21.25), ma ci era stato dato quasi per certo dall'assistente Karambola che l'hotel ci avrebbe consentito di usufruire della stanza fino all'ora della partenza dall'hotel, pagando un supplemento di € 15. Peccato che fino alla domenica mattina non è stato possibile sapere se la camera era disponibile o meno e quando siamo stati a chiedere informazioni alla reception ci hanno dato una risposta negativa. Le camere sono miracolasemente "apparse" alle 12, dopo che vari clienti si sono "leggermente" incavolati.... Il supplemento era di 15€, ma dovevi pagarne 25 se volevi anche bere! La cosa più assurda infatti è che una volta riconsegnata la chiave della camera alle ore 12, ci hanno anche tagliato il braccialetto per prendere i soft drink. Quindi se volevamo bere dopo le ore 12, dovevamo pagare le bevande. C'è da tenere presente che il giorno di arrivo non abbiamo praticamente usufruito di nessun servizio, dato che siamo arrivati all'hotel alle 23. La direzione poteva anche essere un po' più elastica... Alle rimostranze di diversi ospiti, l'assistente Karambola ha risposto dicendo che erano le disposizioni imposte dalla direzione dell'hotel. Peccato che per chi viaggiava con Going le regole erano diverse, dato che hanno consegnato la camere (e braccialettino per le bevande) nel tardo pomeriggio senza pagamento di nessun supplemento.

We stayed at this hotel on our honey moon purely because the Hilton and Radisson SAS were fully booked, our travel agent advised us that this was the next best thing - how wrong she was!! The food was dire, no changes troughout the whole week same menu every night just a different colured sauce on the "meat". Sold as all inclusive found to be only slightly the half board with only one restaurant to eat in on site. The Pool near reception was excellent if a little cold but the pool nearer the beach was cloudy and off colour so a no go. If you want your holiday spent in the sea then the hotel would be fine but if you like to spend time in the hotel youve paid for then dont bother going here.
