Stayed here for 1 night in June and is an excellent hotel, the staff are very polite and all speak good English. The room was clean and of a good size. There is limited parking to the side of the hotel, but you can call beforehand and book a place. Asked for a Iron to iron some shirts, but instead they will iron and clean clothing on site. I had to get to a meeting and they ironed the shirt in 15 minutes so I could get to my meeting on time!

Tastefully decorated, excellent beds and blankets, but pillows were terrible. Beautiful room and lobby, and the service excellent. They were very helpful in facilitating reservations and did their job with pride and professionalism. Full-size grocery story just across the street in back. Bus-service right in front with a short ride to the center. Free shuttle service to center/train station also adds great value. Bathroom amenities tasteful and add great value.

NOUS AVONS SEJOURNE DANS CET HOTEL POUR LES FETES DE NOEL ET NOUS N'AVONS PAS ETE DECUS DU LOOK, un peu par l'accueil, mais les couleurs contemporaines des chambres et des salons sont superbes, d'un chic incroyable, tout dans les tons chocolats et blanc cassé ! les lits king size et les chambres équipées de chaines hifi, écran plat, super insonorisées , les matériaux sont de grandes qualités, peignoir, pour un prix super cassé par le site expédia ou sncf, à peu près 110 € la nuit ! le restaurant est délicieux aussi, je critiquerai juste la froideur du personnel !!! il est un peu éloigné du centre,mais l'hôtel possède un parking et une navette gratuite, et c'est pratique à 5' de l'autoroute si vous venez en voiture, ce que je vous conseille à tous et toutes la TOSCANE est superbe hiver comme été, à faire et à découvrir !!! la chaine des STARHOTELS TUSCANY en possède dans toute l'italie et je vous les conseille vivement !!!
