Studios - Fitted with one king size bed and a pull out sofa bed and can accommodate 2 adults/2 children or 3 adults. One Bedroom Suites - Sleeps 2 adults/2 children or 4 adults and also comes fitted with the king size bed and pull out sofa. Two Bedroom suite/Penthouse - Can accommodate 4 adults/4children or 7 adults. This is a studio and a one bedroom suite with and adjoining door. The penthouse has a private hallway leading to 2 bathrooms. Here at South Beach we do our best to ensure that you feel right at home. All rooms include the following - - Private balcony with spectacular ocean view. - Fully air-conditioned. - Hairdryer iron/ironing board and clock radio. - Direct dial telephone/ cable television and VCR. - Private bathrooms with shower and Jacuzzi. - Maid service supplied daily. - Living and dining area complete with cooker and microwave. - Each floor equipped with washer/dryer facility completely free of Charge.
However South Beach operates a strict No Smoking policy in all areas inside the main building/including guest room and the restaurant. Smoking is permitted outside the building/including around the pool deck and bar.
