We plan to stay at the Biltmore again when we come to visit family in Oklahoma in the future. We had such a nice stay there! My husband and I loved the friendly service. We had a great time together there. Everyone was very sincere, accomodating, and helpful. The hotel was peaceful, clean, and full of activities! When we had any concerns, they were quick and friendly to help us. We loved the pool! Our view was beautiful! We had a nice view of the garden and pool from our room, making it a very peaceful view. The free internet was also very helpful as we needed it for business as well. We look forward to staying at the Biltmore again! Thank you to all the employees for going out of your way and making our trip even more special!

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel for one week during Christmas for the last two years. The hotel is old but not in disrepair as some would have you believe. The front desk personel are very helpful and pleasant. The first time we stayed we were given a room that we did not care for because the view was of an outside stairway. We went to the desk and asked for a different room and we were assigned to a room next to the indoor pool and atrium. We had to ask for a microwave and fridge but they were delivered promptly. The first microwavve did not work and we were dellivered another within an hour. The security is wonderful with a guard walking the corridors at all times of day and night. The resturant is first class. The waitstaff are attentive and professional. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. We stay with our dog with no additional charge. We have stayed for under $400 for a week. Please don't believe everything you read and give this hotel a try.

Nicole Arnold and Vikki Walker at the Front Desk are absolute gems in the Hotel industry!!! Nicole can almost read your mind as to your needs and Vikki is an absolute doll!! Just got checked in and can't wait to see all the different attractions just here at the hotel!

Remember the expression " If it's too good to be true...it probably is."
Shame on me for trusting advertisements. Trust the customer feedback! The hotel was filthy, the check in staff member must've been having a crapola day, the SHEETS were left from the prior guests (trust me, you can tell when a bed has been slept in...)3 towels for a 3 day stay for 3 people, no extras available (we asked...begged...,) and if you want to sue someone and probably win, sue the Biltmore when you get scalded by their showers (the temperature fluctuations were so extreme, it was dangerous.)AND... no ventilation in the bathrooms so you can imaine how wet everything felt in the entire room! I'm sorry, you can have an older building, but at a minimum it should be clean. NOW I understand why they give no refunds if you cancel your reservation. I guess they figured out that as soon as you walk in the lobby you will take one look and run the other way. What's possibly even worse, is that in the Oklahoma City visitors guide, these people actually have the nerve to say their rooms were recently renovated...are they kidding? Pay the extra $20+ a night and stay somewhere else! We will NEVER stay there again.
