Our stay was great. We stayed at the lodge for 2 nights. Pretty much all we did there is use the pool, jacuzzi both open till 10pm. During the day we were out of the lodge site seeing and hiking. They also have 2 computers were you can use the internet for free.
We had a great entrance to our room from the back of the lodge on unit 4. The only problem we had is that one of the days the elevator broke and no one knew how to fix this. It didn't bother us but a lot of the guests were really really mad. Their cappucino machine was broken. The laudry room was kind of dirty and the hallways aren't that brand new but acceptable. But the rooms and lobby are nice. The beds were comfy as well.

Booked a "2 bedroom condo" at Snow King Resort through Travelocity. Hotel lobby was very nice and couldn't wait to get to our condo. Once we checked in and were given directions to the "condo" we drove a very short distance to the actual unit which were basically 4 units that were behind a "workshop" and private residence.
The condo unit itself was cute and spacious, more like a cabin than a condo but...........it was very apparent the unit had not been cleaned in several months. Other than clean towels, I could not see what cleaning had been done anytime soon. Everything from the dingy bedskirts which were dragging on the filthy floor, to the dingy comforter, the sheets that felt very old (they had little balls on them much like you get when you wash them with towels) to the dusty and filthy wood floors. Dust was very much visable on the wood blinds in every room as well as the blinds were broken on most every door and window. We actually had a spider that was crawling down a web from the ceilings in one of the bathrooms.
In the downstairs bathroom I discoverd a pair of dirty socks someone at some point had left in the cabinet under the sink.
Although the couch in the front room was dark blue with a print, you could see the dirt on it. The entire unit just felt filthy. In every corner of every room you could see the dirt that had accumulated on the word floors. The chairs on the deck were just as bad. They were suppose to be white plastic but with all the filth and stains on them it was hard to tell.
To make things even more unpleasant when I spoke to the person at the registration desk about a broken bedroom door that was there when we arrived and the filthiness of the unit, the response I received was "ok, thank you, have a nice day."
When I asked to be moved to another unit, I was told there were no other units or rooms available because of the 4thof July holiday.
Needless to say we will never go back to the Snow King Resort.

The maids washed glass coffee cups in the bathroom sink with used linens. The hotel had no other clean cups for the maids to use. This is a terrible violation of sanitary standards and I consider this property to be unsafe.

We did not select this hotel, but were put in it because the brand new hotel we had registered for was still not fully completed (although irritating, this is not a complaint against the Snow King). I should have tumbled on how bad the hotel was when the person who called to move our reservations responded to the question, "do you think it's nice" with a bland "well I guess so." Our rooms were in a back wing of the building next to the door, ice machine, and what appeared to be a service elevator. It was numerous small things like the bent metal by the elevator buttons, chipped paint, inoperable change machine, etc. We talked to two other couples who had the same impressions. What sent me over the top was the dryer in the laundry room didn't work and when I tried to call the front desk, the phones were all out. The room decor was nice, but very dark (hardly any lighting).
The only thing that saved our trip to Jackson was the friendly and helpful front desk. After hearing our Twilight Zone-type experience at the hotel, they upgraded us to a gorgeous, clean, quite condo behind the actual lodge.
These look like a list of petty complaints, but each thing added up to a below grade hotel. The only reasons I'm writing this are 1) to give the hotel management notice that the hotel needs quite a bit of attention, but most importantly 2) to alert other travelers that they may not be getting what they expect if they book at this hotel (unless they select the condos).
