My husband and I booked this hotel due to its close proximity to the Porsche Museum. That was a mistake! The room looked more like a dorm and there was no A/C. This is not usually a problem, but the hotel is connected to a 24 hour McDonald's. There were noisy people yelling at all hours of the night and we barely slept at all the 2 nights we were there. The Italian restaurant that was in the hotel was fair and the bar was open for 24 hours. I wouldn't stay here again, not matter how close to a museum.

Ho prenotato in quest'hotel perchè era l'unico ad avere ancora qualche camera libera durante il periodo dell'Esposizione di Stoccarda. Erano 7 anni che non alloggiavo in un hotel Achat e, quando sono entrato in questo, mi sono ricordato il perché. L’arredamento della camera era di cattivo gusto e anche malconcio, il telecomando della TV e l’asciugacapelli non funzionavano. Mi avevano assegnato una camera che si affacciava sull’autostrada a 6 corsie, quindi era tutto tranne che tranquilla. Le aree comuni sembravano vecchie e logore. C’era odore di sigaretta ovunque. Il personale era cordiale, ma questo non bastava a compensare tutto il resto e non vedevo l’ora di andare via. Credo che per i prossimi 7 anni andrò ad alloggiare altrove!

Booked this hotel as it was the only one free in a city booked out with trade-show visitors. It was 7 years since I had stayed in an Achat hotel and on entering this one, I remembered why. The room had tacky decor which was badly in need of renovation. TV remote and hairdryer didn't function. I had been allocated a room overlooking the 6 lane highway so it was anything but quiet. The communal areas looked worn and jaded. Smell of smoke all-pervading. The friendly staff were not enough to balance out the desire to get out of the place. Here's to another 7 years staying elsewhere!

Stayed for a night while driving through Germany. Hotel is quite easy to find, good directions on the website. Location is okay, there is a train into the city every 15 minutes and it only takes ~ 10 minutes to get there, the train station is only 5 minutes walk away but can be tricky to find due to construction work (as of Dec 06). Very small cramped room. Pillows were very thin, very poor night's sleep, and bathroom was quite dirty. The whole hotel feels quite run down and in need of a renovation. The price wasn't even that good (~85 euros for a double room), but it was the cheapest in Stuttgart that night. If you need somewhere cheap then it's not too bad, but I wouldn't recommend it too highly.

Haben hier auf unserem Weg durch Deutschland eine Nacht verbracht. Das Hotel war ziemlich einfach zu finden, wir haben uns eine Wegbeschreibung von der Website geholt. Die Lage ist okay, es gibt alle 15 Minuten einen Zug in die Innenstadt und es dauert nur um die 10 Minuten dorthin, der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten entfernt, ist aber schwer zu finden wegen den Bauarbeiten (Dez06). Sehr kleines, enges Zimmer. Die Kissen waren hauchdünn, habe sehr schlecht geschlafen, das Bad war auch etwas dreckig. Das gesamte Hotel erscheint etwas abgerissen und muss mal renoviert werden. Der Preis war nicht mal so gut, etwa 85 Euros für ein Doppelzimmer, aber es war an dem Abend der billigste Preis in Stuttgart. Wenn man eine billige Unterkunft braucht, dann passt es, sonst würde ich es nicht empfehlen.
