Chose this hotel because it was supposed to be an "airport hotel" and provided a shuttle service. We arrived at Frankfurt and called the hotel to find out the shuttle was no longer in service for the night (last one at 1030pm) and found out a taxi would cost 30 Euro!! We looked into taking the train, but it would be a long trip requiring a connection at the Frankfurt main station. Also by 11pm we wouldn't have made the last train. Ended up taking the 32 Euro taxi something like 30km to the middle of nowhere hotel. The room was ok for a 2 star hotel standard. The shuttle we needed in the morning turned out ok, but could easily see it getting full and requiring the 30+ Euro cab ride. Better off spending your money on a better quality, true airport hotel!!!

Sitio tétrico al entrar, aunque luego al llegar a las habitaciones la cosa mejoraba. Estuve durante el pasado mundial de Alemania y aunque sólo estuve una noche, la experiencia fue para contarla. Cierto es que las habitaciones eran grandes y limpias, pero el que dentro del hotel sólo hubiera iraníes daba un poco de respeto. Cuando entramos, en el lobby sólo había gente fumando en pipa, lo cual nos dió reparo, pero luego es cierto que el hotel estaba limpio y era tranquilo.

Wir hatten in diesem Hotel gebucht, weil es so nahe am Flughafen ist und einen Shuttleservice anbietet. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mehr oder weniger ignoriert. Nachdem wir uns endlich angemeldet hatten, gingen wir auf unser Zimmer, in dem es furchtbar roch. Das Badezimmer hatte keine separate Dusche, sondern nur einen mit einem Seil abgeteilten Bereich mit einem schmutzigen Duschvorhang. Dort roch es so stark nach Urin, dass wir die ganze Nacht die Fenster auflassen mussten. Das Empfangspersonal, das am nächsten Morgen Dienst hatte, war sehr viel hilfsbereiter und aufgeschlossener, aber ich werde nie wieder hier übernachten. Außerdem gibt es beim Hotel keine Restaurants, Läden etc., was zwar nicht die Schuld des Hotels ist, aber trotzdem unpraktisch. Die einzige Möglichkeit zum Essengehen ist das Restaurant im Hotel. Ansonsten muss man mit dem Taxi oder der Bahn in die kleine Stadt Langen fahren.

We booked the hotel because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle service. When we arrived we were basically ignored. After finally being checked in we went into the room which smelled horrible. The bathroom had no separate shower just a roped off area with a dirty shower curtain. The urine smell there was so bad that we had to keep the windows open all night. The front desk personnel in the morning was a lot more helpful and outgoing but I will never stay there again. In addition, which is no fault of the hotel, but still inconvenient, there are no restaurants, shops, etc. around the hotel. The only option available is the restaurant in the hotel. Otherwise, you have to take a taxi or train to get into the small town of Langen.

Abbiamo prenotato quest'albergo perché era vicino all'aeroporto ed aveva un servizio navetta. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno praticamente ignorato. Dopo avere finalmente fatto il check-in, siamo andati nella nostra camera che puzzava orribilmente. Il bagno non aveva una doccia separata, ma soltanto uno spazio cintato con una tenda sporca. L'odore d'urina era così forte che abbiamo dovuto tenere le finestre aperte tutta la notte. Il personale della reception si è mostrato molto più servizievole e cordiale la mattina dopo, ma non ci ritorneremo mai più. Inoltre, e questo non era colpa dell'albergo ma un inconveniente nondimeno, non c'era nessun ristorante, negozio, ecc., nelle vicinanze dell'albergo. L'unica alternativa possibile era il ristorante dell'albergo. Altrimenti, si deve prendere un taxi o il treno per raggiungere il paesino di Langen.
