This hotel is located along the Donau river, a 10 minute walk from the city center . Many of the rooms have a nice view of the city and of the river. It 's an impressive building that was obviously modern 15 years ago, however it doesn't fit in with the typical architecture of Ulm. The rooms are clean, very large and well appointed. The lobby and restaurants are elegant. The furniture and decor are slightly outdated, but fine. Breakfast was included in the room price, and was fantastic. There is a T-mobile hotspot in the hotel so if you have T-mobile you won't have to pay for internet. I have no complaints and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ulm for business. If you want to visit Ulm to experience the character of the city look for a hotel farther downtown.

Das Maritim in Ulm ist ein erstklassiges Hotel. Es werden Ambiente und Stil im modernen Umfeld geboten. Der Empfangsbereich ist angenehm und geräumig, das Personal an der Reception angenehm und der Portier sehr hilfsbereit. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstück fantastisch und es gibt alles erwünschliche. Die Lage an der Donau ist schön, mit Ausblick, man läuft nur kurz bis ins Zentrum und die Altstadt. Es gibt auf der obersten Etage des Hotels ein Panoramarestaurant, weitere Lokale sind im Stadtzentrum. Ich kann empfehlen, den Fluß am Hotel zu überqueren und in Neu Ulm, Bayern, essen zu gehen, denn es gibt dort ein paar nette Restaurants.

Il Maritim a Ulm è un albergo di prima classe. Ha un atmosfera moderna con stile e carattere. La hall è piacevole e spaziosa con un concierge molto utile e personale della reception molto piacevole. Le camere sono molto belle, soprattutto quelle con una bella vista. I letti sono molto confortevoli. La colazione è fantastica e ha tutto ciò che si può desiderare. La posizione sul Danubio è buona, panoramica, ma a pochi passi dal centro e dal centro storico. C’è un ristorante panoramico in cima all’albergo, e ci sono ristoranti nel centro della città. Consiglio altamente di andare oltre il fiume all’hotel Neu Ulm, Bayern, per mangiare perché c’è una bella scelta di ristoranti.

The Maritim in Ulm is a premier class hotel. It offers character and style with its modern ambience. The lobby area is pleasant and spacious with pleasant staff at reception and helpful concierge services. The rooms are lovely, especially high ones with good view. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic and has everything you could want. The location by der Donau (the Danube) is good, with views, but it is a short walk from the Zentrum (Centre) and the Alt Stadt (Old Town). There is a panoramic restaurant at the top of the hotel, and there are restaurants in the centre of the city. I would highly recommend just going over the river by the hotel to Neu Ulm, Bayern (Bavaria) for a meal as there is a nice choice of restaurants.

Stayed one night on business - I try to get as high as possible and ask for a quiet room. The view from the room was lovely, looking North up the River Donau. However, the view from their panoramic restaurant was even better, especially helped as the sun was setting when sat down. Despite been relatively quiet the head waiter seemed quite stuffy and rushed, the rest of the team were very friendly. The hotel is a short distance from the Alt Stadt which I'd certainly recommend. I'd stay here again if in town.
