I'm going to make it short : The photos are fake from their website. I booked it from booking.com and they photos are fake too! The rooms are horrible! The worst experience in my life! It was my honeymoon to Europe and Regina totally ruined it! It's very very dirty and the cleaning lady said they won't change the bed cover because they only change the sheets! It scared me like hell and me and my husband wore lots of clothes in bed. We are so NOT comfortable and u can imagine how "sweet" our honeymoon can be! My flight was very late and I arrived Regina at 2am. I was so hungry and I try to ask them for a glass of hot water for my own cup noodle. The Receiption open the tap to get me a glass! Remember I'm not asking for any food or sth, just hot water and look at their attitude!
The carpet was very very dirty. Everything is soooooo bad which made me write this review to tell ppl not to trust the photos and DON'T EVEN TRY, trust me unless you wanna ruin your trip.

I had a one-night stay mid-week and had no problems with the hotel.
The staff was very pleasant, the rate was good (?150 + ?10 for 24 hours of in-room wireless service), and the location was very nice (Palais de Chaillot, Eiffel Tower, le Trocad?ro).
The walls were thin, however, and if I had had a loud neighbour, I would definitely have heard every noise.
My room was on the 3rd floor street-side, so there was some ambient sound, but I was not disturbed.
The breakfast was very simple, but nice. The staff replenished baguette and pastries as required. The coffee was excellent.
I would stay here again should I want to be in that part of the city.

Well, hotels in Paris are always rather cramped and severely overpriced, but that was not what really upset us.
To begin with - all room pictures on websites are gross fakes - the hotel is much older and looks much, much worse. The rooms are stuffy, with the so called air-conditioner serving no useful function that we were able to identify. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and what was sold as a double bed was more like a single. Luckily we are young, thin and in love, but other people may mind being squeezed against each other. The hotel staff is incompetent, totally impolite and largely unfriendly. You can hear a pin drop in the adjacent rooms or on the hallway - this gets very annoying when you are tired and you have neighbours who decide to spend the night chatting in high voice.
We intentionally left the worst for last - when you go in a hotel you can probably live with all of the above if the hotel is clean. How about being welcome into the bathroom by a floating poop somebody did not flush? How much worse can it get? Well, this hotel's staff did not even apologise for it!
We wish we could give you good tips on where to stay in Paris, but we can't. The least we can do is to warn you : Stay away from this one!

I chose this hotel based on the description and, what I thought, might be a good location, and MOST OF ALL, they advertised air conditioned rooms.
First of all, I do not have huge expectations, and we are extremely flexible. We go wilderness camping, so we do not get upset over lack of minor creature comforts. We booked this hotel online and felt this was a good rate for the place - roughly $100 Euro per night.
So -- there was NO air conditioning. We had a room overlooking the street. The web advertises a "quiet street." Well, it IS quiet during the DAY. HOWEVER, In the evening, when you try to get to sleep, there are extremely loud trucks, unbelievably loud motorcycles that race up the street, etc. All this extreme noise goes on until roughly 2 am. Then there is a respite of about 3 1/2 hours.
At about 5:30 am, the garbage truck starts up this street right under your window. I watched them one morning and the truck starts at the corner (EVERY MORNING) at the corner cafe. They spend about 8 minutes banging, clanging, dropping cans, etc. Then they move up to the next building (under our window), and pick up the hotel trash. Another 5 to 10 minutes of banging, clanging, bashing, metal and plastic items crashing around, roaring of the motor when the trash is compacted into the truck. It was a good alarm clock.
Then, because the garbage truck is blocking the street, people in cars start blowing their horns - knowing full well that there is nothing they can do but wait.
The noise level is huge even if you close your windows. The noises echoes off the buildings
I found the hotel staff to be okay - but I never asked for much other than a map of the city and an internet card for the lobby computer. By the way, when they tell you the internet card is good for 30 minutes, it is NOT 30 minutes. The card is good for 30 "units" and is good for about 10 minutes of online time.
The room was furnished circa 1930s, which was fine for us. Thankfully, though, the bathroom was updated and very very clean. One of the past reviewers noted the deep tub with nothing to hold onto getting out of a slippery tub - true for our room as well, but our bath had a tub and a separate shower. You could just step right into the shower. The room was large and with high ceilings.
Location: It is out of the way. Except for the Eiffel Tower (about an 8 minute walk), the hotel is not central to much else if you are a tourist. The location was not really a problem since we make good use of the RER and metro and tend to walk a lot.
All in all, I'm not so sure I would stay here again.

This hotel has the worst customer service you could imagine. And this is coming from someone who doesn't have super high standards with respect to hotels. The clerk's have absolutely no regard for the guests and do not wish to help them in any way. It is a travesty that this hotel is still open with this complete and utter disregard for the travellers. If you plan to stay there - good luck - you're going to need it!
