GROUP POLICY - For reservations of 4 or more rooms the standard cancellation

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY - Credit card is required to guarantee each reservation. In case of late cancellation no show or early departure a 2 nights penalty will be applied on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation /for reservations of more than 1 night. For reservations of more than 6 nights the Inn at the Spanish Steps requires a 30Percent deposit at the moment of the reservation /50Percent deposit for reservations of more than 10 nights/ the reservation will be confirmed upon deposit receipt
