Now a frequent guest, showing up meant that I was asked if my details were the same (e.g., phone, address) and, saying yes, was handed my key. Paid the bill the next morning without having to leave a card for incidentals beforehand - nice one!
The honour bar was full in the evening as I headed out and after my return. My fav restaurant, Les Relais du L'Entrecote, is 2 blocks away even though I dined at the more "in" La Cantina further in the 8th.
Using the old fashioned keys to enter the room is a bit quaint and fun. Pressing the button to get the electricity to come on took me a few comical moments to remember before I got it right. But, the room, the size, the location, the staff, the quick breakfast in the morning, the taxi booked the night before - all made for yet an even better experience than my last. I'm already looking forward to the Autumn, but will try another place in Paris later in July for tourist travel.

Very nice little hotell situated in a very nice neighbourhood ! Walking distance to Champs Elysees and Eiffel Tower.
Our room was very clean and nice (deluxe room for 3 persons)
Breakfast was ok, but the room is a little too small to fit all guests at all times
Friendly and helpful staff makes it a very pleasant stay !

It's wonderful to go to the front desk and they knew your name. The staff was just wonderful. Our luggage was lost, the hotel was so excited when the were able to deliver our luggage, it was almost as if they shared our joy. The staff was wonderful, from the cleaning staff to the front desk. Would definitely stay there again. Location is excellent. Cannot say enough positive things about this hotel and their staff.

the hotel is beautiful, however, the rooms are quite small, but this is the norm in paris. we booked a superior room and were surprised at the quality of the decor (very nice) but the fact that teh room was so small the beautiful decor was wasted. the bathroom was fantastic and very modern. we upgraded to a suite for our last night and this was just magnificent, the old cast iron bath was fantactic. well worth the extra money we paid for the upgrade. would definitely stay here again but would pay that little bit extra for a deluxe room or a suite.
the staff were very helpful, one guy at the front desk looked like Basil Faulty and he was most helpful and extremely pleasant, all in all a great hotel to stay in.

Recently stayed at Hotel West end and paid for a superior room. Excellant value, clean, tidy, close to everything. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room considering most Paris hotel rooms are quite small.
A romantic location, close to dining and the staff were professional and courteous. After staying in some overpriced London hotels, this was a breath of fresh air!
