stayed at the hotel in may,arrived and got a premier room .which we exchanged as it was on the top floor,a lovely helpfull receptionist sorted that out for us, thankyou emma ,had a lovely room with a balcony the room was plenty big enough with lovely sea views.no complaint about the food a brilliant breakfast and a lovely roast for tea,very helpful pleasant staff,just hope its the same when we stay at the grand hotel scarborough next month

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! It was extremely expensive for the rooms which were old fashioned and so dirty; I felt I had to sleep with my own towels underneath and on top of me. The breakfast was appalling, greasy & cold. The only good thing was the evening entertainment, but I wish I'd just booked a B&B at half the price across the road and popped in to see the entertainment. Were we recovering after a family bereavement and our stay made us feel even worse! When I explained to the hotel staff that I couldn't stay another night they would not refund my money. I am a regular traveller and can categorically say it is the worse place I have ever stayed! We are a family of 3 in our 30's with a 4 year old child.

stayed at the grand for the weekend the room was nice over lookin the sea, the food was very good and the staff very helpful, well worth the money

My husband and I have just returned from a Fri-Mond weekend at the Grand Hotel. We had a fabulous time and the food was really good. Because it was a buffet style you were able to have whatever you liked best and as much or as little as you wanted and it was always hot and fresh. Our room was lovely and very clean and all our needs were more than satisfied. All the staff were helpful and smartly dressed and I would recommend the hotel and its location to anyone. Llandudno has a first impression of hotels that are well looked after and maintained. All are nicely painted and everywhere feels clean and litter free. This was only our second visit to the area but we will definately be back and will stay once again at the Grand. We can honestly say that we had nothing bad to report and just had a lovely break. Keep up the good work.
