Just come back from spending 3 nights at this hotel .. what a great place. When we arrived I saw they proudly displayed a plaque saying that they won a Trip Advisor Award for 2008 .. justly deserved. The best thing of all about this hotel is the location .. just beside the Old Town Square, but not on the square itself. That meant it's great for all the major sights of the old town, but not situated (as many hotels are) above a bar or restaurant. The decor and furnishings inside the hotel are great - it's extremely smart and stylish. We got to the hotel by 119 bus from the airport and then metro. Totally straightforward - and cost 26Krona each (about ?1). That's far cheaper than taxi or hotel limo (which they were charging at 35 Euros) Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Having spent 3 days in the city I can say that this is certainly the best location for a hotel in the whole city .. and it's also a great hotel

We're just back from a five-day stay in Prague at the Ventana. The location is just off the old square, but on a side street so it's quiet. We were assigned a room on the fourth floor, where all the rooms have a two-level arrangement with a sleeping loft and bathroom and living room below. It was beautifully decorated, but inconvenient for us. Richard, the manager, switched us to a one-level room on the third floor, which was perfect for us (Room 37). BTW, Room 36 is a huge suite. Breakfasts are excellent. Staff is helpful. This is a perfect hotel.

We stayed her for a week in May, and booket thure there web page and also had them pick us up at the airport and that was GREAT, the place is so nice and very very central the staff is great and we even had a drink in the hotell bar whic was very very cheep also is the mini bar. The breakfast is ok, it has all your need and alomost onone there, There was one thing we diden't have AC in the eveing or at night for some reasen, we did compian the first night but there was a new person there so he couldent help, we also complaint the other night and then a mangare was there and he did something on the computer and we had AC at once so I supect they control the AC on there computer since it is a cental AC. Appart from that it is a great hotell and the rooms are BIG and it is very quiet there. I do recomend the drive serices where they pick you up at the airport it was 1/2 houre ride and you don?'t need to hazel or anything.
