We stayed here our last night prior to leaving Spain, since we wanted to be close to the Madrid airport. There was supposed to be a hotel shuttle from the airport when we arrived from Barcelona, but it never showed up. After watching every other hotel shuttle drive by, we took a taxi. The taxi driver had a hard time finding it, even with his GPS he seemed to drive us in circles and then dropped us at the end of a one-way street he couldn't drive down. We took the Metro into Madrid for the day and then had a hard time finding our way back to the hotel in the evening. (Our instructions from the desk clerk TO the Metro consisted of "go right, go right, go right". While that worked on the way there, "go left, go left, go left" in the dark was much more complicated.) The room was just okay, service was just okay. We didn't take the shuttle to the airport for our flight home, since it seemed like all the other guests were taking it as well, and we were in a hurry. (There are 4 Madrid terminals and they're not close to each other.)

Convenient, but not very good (2-3 star hotel masquerading as a 4-star)

My wife and 2 kids were not able to book a room at an airport hotel until the night we actually arrived since we didn't know we'd make it on our flight to Madrid. We wanted to find a nice place that was convenient to the airport to fly out of Madrid the next morning.
We booked a quad room at a usurious rate becasue we were at the mercy of the desk clerk after midnight (170 Euros) when we arrived.
We had 6 medium-sized pieces of luggage and the elevator to our room was tiny, so we had to take 2 trips.
The rooms, even a quad, were tiny - 2 bunk beds fold out of the wall. All the beds were very hard.
The high tech features of the room consisted of a lap top with not-very-high speed internet access, and a flat screen TV. I guess they consider the "glass-walled, spa-style hydro-massage showers" high tech, but they are anything but luxurious.
Also, they advertise 24-hour room service, but they don't actually offer it (although the desk clerk was kind enough to offer some fresh fruit and twinkie-like cakes).
All-in-all, it was OK if listed as a 2-3 star hotel, but they are listed as a 4-star and charge like a 4-star.

We returned from a 2 day study visit of Madrid yesterday and chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. The hotel itself was fine for our requirements.
We went to Madrid with a view to travelling around a lot so didn't spend a great deal of time in the hotel but generally, the rooms were clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Staff were helpful, the hotel seemed quiet (didn't notice any airport noise) and the breakfast was an impressive buffet which more than catered for the differing palettes of a group of 12. The hotel was a 5 min walk from the nearest metro station which will get you into the centre of Madrid in about half an hour - highly recommended because its so cheap. If you were to look hard, the hotel was a little scruffy around the edges and could have done with a lick of paint here or there - but it wasn't bad enough to warrant a complaint.
The hotel arranged taxis for our very early start for our return flight as their shuttle service didn't begin until 6am - the taxis arrived on time and cost 20 euros. Incidentally, the hotel's shuttle bus can only carry 8 passengers which the hotel failed to mention when we booked - when we arrived at Madrid airport the remaining 4 members of our party had to pay for a taxi because the shuttle service only calls at the terminal every 40 minutes and the driver wasn't prepared to make the short return trip to pick them up.
Generally though, a reasonable hotel for a reasonable cost per night.

Four of us traveling on business booked a night at this hotel through one of the kiosk's at the airport. The woman at the stand said it was the best hotel (4 Star she said) for the money.
The hotel looked as though it had never been cleaned. The carpets were filthy, tiles were falling from the bathroom walls and the deadbolt locks on the door did not work for any of the four rooms we booked.
I would stay away from this hotel at all costs.

Ok, just stayed here last week.
- 20 euro taxi ride from Madrid airport
- it's in bad neighborhood
-hard for taxi to find
-rooms have wood floors - cold and strange
-staff are rude (other reviewers said this - i can attest) - i asked for an iron and you'd of though i asked for his first born
- their “massage shower” is awkward and annoying to use.
- beds are RIDICULOUS hard (see other reviewers comments from same)
Look, lots of better places to stay
