We stayed here in September for two nights and were quite disappointed. Our room had powerpoints which were literally hanging by wires out of the wall. Also the power lead for the TV which stretched about knee height across our doorway, just waiting to be tripped over. And the furniture is way past 'shabby chic.' Rips and tears and the like. My husband almost fell through the armchair as most of the springs were gone and he is only an average sized guy. On the 'upside' the breakfast was quite good for what we were expecting, and they did remember to put the extra towels in before we got there. We travel as a triple and we always have to ring for an extra towel which can get annoying, but they remembered. We also got 'free' stockholm cards which saved us a considerable amount of money, but these were booked as part of our accommodation package. I think the main issue we had was that they had sent information to us stating that they were due to be refurbished earlier in the year which would lead to a four star rating. These rooms have not been refurbished for a very very longtime. If this particular room is included in the three star rating, then the bus stop out the front must be at least two and a half stars. I will look elsewhere for my next trip.

This was my third time at this hotel, several years after my last visit. All I can say is that nothing changed, and this is not necessarily a good thing! The bedrooms could do with a makeover: the furniture is worn and battered, the bathroom had several cracked tiles. Breakfast is OK with the usual buffet spread, but because there were few staff member around, the tables were a bit dirty. Overall, it's a very convenient location (very close to the underground) and at a reasonable price, but it is very basic and a little worn out.

Questa è la terza volta che vengo in quest’albergo, diversi anni dopo la mia ultima visita. L’unica cosa che posso dire è che nulla è cambiato, il che non è necessariamente una cosa buona. Le camere necessitano di essere rimodernate. Il mobilio è davvero in cattive condizioni e in bagno ci sono diverse mattonelle spaccate. La colazione, composta del solito buffet, non è male, ma poiché ci sono pochi addetti che se ne occupano, i tavoli sono un po' sporchi. Insomma, l’ubicazione è veramente comoda (si trova molto vicino alla metropolitana) e il costo è ragionevole, ma è davvero spartano è un po’ logoro.

Ich war das dritte Mal im Hotel, der letzte Aufenthalt dort liegt aber schon ein paar Jahre zurück. Es hat sich irgendwie nichts verändert und dass bedeutet ja nicht automatisch etwas Gutes! Die Zimmer hatten eine Auffrischung nötig. Die Möbel waren abgenutzt und kaputt, im Bad gab es mehrere Kacheln mit Rissen. Das Frühstück war okay, es gab das übliche Büfett. Da aber nicht genügend Bedienungen da waren, sahen die Tische ein wenig dreckig aus. Insgesamt eine praktische Lage (sehr nahe an der U-Bahn) und ein guter Preis, aber sehr einfach und ein wenig heruntergekommen.
