i went there with my husband for the formula1 games in monza. the location was great (only 5 minutes walk from Duomo), the breakfast was very good BUT, by reaching the hotel we were informed that the parking is payble, whereas in the site it looks like it is free!!!! and it was really expensive, so everytime we wanted to park our car we had to do endless rounds to find a spot in such a central area!! the staff was not understanding for the matter and never admitted their mistake or give us a refund for the first night we left our car in their overrated parking. i bet we could have booked something better with such money..

The hotel is pretty ugly from outside, but the location is great, the check-in was very unfriendly. they let us wait about 10 minutes without even a nod, and never smiled back to us. Same thing at check out. The room (from what i understand, a "modified" one), was beautiful, convenient, with great toiletries. The included breakfast was also wonderful, and the breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. it would be really a great hotel if the staff in the lobby learned to smile... they were so unpleasant, it was shocking.

Very good hotel conveniently located in the city center just 5 minutes walk to the Duomo and great shopping. Check-in could have been a bit friendlier but other than that a great stay. Had room 308 which was brand new with flat screen tele and all modern ameneities just like at the Le Meridien. i understand that the hotel does no look very appealing from the outside but can assure you the from inside it is very modern and new. I believe all rooms will be upgraded soon so this review is only valid for the upgraded rooms. Restaurant was as in all hotels overpriced but very good. Breakfast was also plentiful and of great quality. Concierge service was very prompt and friendly. Highly recommended hotel and a nice surprise.
