Stayed here before and stayed at this hotel again due to it's location.
Large room, both very clean and comfy. Ample storage space.
Bathroom had coloured suite, but this was clean with shower over bath.
Breakfast was good, better than last time, with enough to eat - cold buffet. Food was re-stocked even near the end of breakfast time.
Rooms have tv, minibar, hairdryer.
Hotel is close to tram stops and underground connecting you to the town centre for sightseeing and to Prater funfair etc. Very convenient location.
Hotel even has a neon welcome sign displaying the time and temperature, which was as high as 35 in the day at the end of May!

Not much to tell about this 'hotel'. It's an old building with old furnitures. The room's carpet must have been installed in the 1940's...The hotel room was clean.
The hotel is 10 minutes walk from 'downtown' Vienna (which is lovely, by the way!)
The staff is terrible, very cold and somewhat rude. You have to pay for everything...Internet (2.8 euros for 20 minutes; if you want to iron your own shirt, you can't! It's 5 euros to get it done).
The breakfast area is terrible..the food is below average. The coffee is the only thing that was good...and that costs noting anywhere in Vienna!
Go elsewhere.

Good value, good position

Easy access on the tram system from the city centre. Quiet residential area. Good selection of local shops.
Friendly reception staff, large rooms (no shower curtain in en suite baths), clean and comfortable. Nice lounge/bar with reasonably priced internet access.
Good, plentiful continental breakfast.
