Possibly the most disinterested and sloppy service I've ever experienced in a hotel restaurant, with only a mediocre buffet offering at lunchtime. The same buffet is then "refreshed" for the evening, and the a la carte menu is available, too - with five main course dishes, two of which were veal. On our first evening, only three of the four meals were delivered, the fourth arriving much later, without apology. The potatoes and vegetables simply didn't arrive at all. Not many hotel restaurants are top notch, but this plumbed the depths for surly attitude, lack of choice and unfriendliness. Room was good, with big comfortable bed, (hard pillows, though!) internet expensive, breakfast very good indeed. All in all, not a bad place - I was there for four nights on business - but they desperately need to kick some bottoms in the restaurant.

after treating my partner to a nice hotel in malta...he decided to treat me to a nice hotel in his homeland...at first i was very impressed as we walked in...but for the prices we paid for this i expected much more... to rooms and hotels are nice and very elegant but it is a bit old. seems like it kept the standards it had a decade back. breakfast was great and all amenities were fine. the staff were also friendly. one thing i should point out... is that some things i touched including the window in our room once and everytime i pressed the elevator button, i got a small shock. i thought i was dreaming but it happened to my partner too!

This hotel is good, and we didn't have any bad surprise. It's not an "experience" hotel, but otherwise a modern pleasant place, with services and features to match expectations, and good service and atmosphere. We had a good price for the room which meant good value for money. Breakfast is on par with italian standards, and so are rooms and the bathroom (we had a jacuzzi in perfectly working order). Mind that if you don't drive a car or want to ride a taxi, probably the location will not do for you. It's (relatively) near the football stadium but otherwise far from the underground, and the surrounding area is not much in terms of shops or facilities. There is a bus stop right outside, but it's otherwise a little desolate, so waiting for the bus won't be much fun. If you do have a car, parking in the fenced courtyard does well, it's spacious and you dont need to park in the garage. Personell nice and friendly. Overall recommended.
