I wish I brought my camera to show you how my suite looks. I arrived at the inn today and it exceeded my expectation! From the outside, I expected another comfort inn like motel, but once I stepped into my suite, I was definitely surprised. I booked a King Suite through the hotel's website. It has a large bathroom with a marble? countertop, a large and comfy king bed, a microwave, a mini frig, a large tv, large wardrobe, a art deco-ish couch, ...just adorable. I've stayed at many 3-4 star hotels for business and this place beats many of those hotels.
The only con about my suite is that...the previous guest left a bottle of water in the frig. and a few pieces of clothing in the dresser. That's a little odd, but I'm happy.
The hotel staff wasn't bad or spectacular...I mean this place is in the middle of nowhere so I'm not going to be that picky.

I disagree with the previous message on the Brawley Inn. The place is extremely clean and has a wonderful staff. I've stayed here many times on business travels I've always gotten a good response from the front desk, housekeeping and the manager. They have free internet in their new building in back and dial up in the front. I've been told they will have wireless throughout the place soon. The only thing negative I could say is that I had gotten accustomed to never making a reservation in advance but now it has become a very popular place to stay at so you need to make reservations in advance. I think the person in the previuos message did not do this. I've been staying at this place for over a year and have always found my room and the hotel as a whole extremly clean.

In mid October I came to the Imperial Valley for a family reunion after much deliberation I decided on the Brawley Inn. When I first arrived I waited about 15 min to get checked in because the clerk was on the telephone. After I finally get checked in I walk into my room and notice some dead roaches on the bathroom floor. I decided to let the manager know about it and said he would have a maid clean my room out because they had no more single beds available. I was determined not to let this ruin my trip so I agreed. After about 10 min I was told that my room was ready.
I decided that I would take a quick shower & take a little nap. Well I noticed that the towels had yellow stains on them so I called the front desk again and got some clean towels. After my short & disgusted shower I was now ready to take a nap and notice hair on the sheets. I figured this was about enough so I requested a refund to go else where, the manager refused to give me a refund because I had been in the room for about a an hour. The following day I checked out and stayed at a Super 8 Motel about 5 miles away, great place with free internet. I told the Brawley Inn manager that I was never coming back!!
