We have just returned from a tour to france, where we visited eurodisney(stayed at the disney hotel in the castle club suit) , champs elysees (stayed at the royal hotel) and Nice (stayed at le meridien). All were a great experience except for the royal hotel. where we booked 2 connecting rooms for us and our 2 kids aging 4 and 12. the front desk staff never smiled , or make us feel welcomed. the staff always looked upset. one night at one o'clock there was very loud bumping ubove us that went for a long time , when i called the reception and complained the staff member told me in a rather grumpy voice that he might not be able to do anything , where i was forced to tell him that i will not accept this and he must do something about it . his answer was really a shock and didn't expect it. also the toilet tubs are very dirty under the utilities where you can see black dirt sticking that can be romoved if you scrap them with your fingernails. also the very narrow entrances in the room are a turn off . for such a rate we expected more i would never stay in this hotel again because i found nothing that will make me do so.

Not bad at all ... I stayed here for five nights in September 2006 and let me be straight to the point: This hotel does not offer an unforgettable experience … but the location alone is worth all your money with less than a minute walk to the Champs-Elysses and the Arc de Triumph … breakfast was great with both international and French selections … at one point I wasn’t satisfied with the mattress and it was changed immediately … the staff was friendly, polite and helpful … I may try other hotels later just for the sake of a new experience but I'd definitely won’t mind staying at this hotel in the near future

Have stayed here multiple times. Location is great and special price offers sometimes match. At full price this is a stretch. Internet does not always work, but rooms are generally quite good (although vary and the wrong room can be small and shower only). Front desk is ok, although has it's moments. is small and is often understaffed. Generally positive.

The location of this hotel couldn't be more perfect! We ordered a triple luxe room, however, and when I got there, found out that a triple room is really a double room with a cot - rather deceiving. Additionally, the "bar" area was pretty lame. Overall, though, the staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean and the location was perfect!
