I put few of my family visitors and received so many compliments about comfortable beds & pillows; swimming pool & hot tub; cleanliness & staff. So me and my wife decided to experience it ourselves so We booked Jaccuzi Suite with Romance Package and realized what we heard was nothing compare to what we experienced. It was super great.

The hotel was loud. Water running in the morning from room next door woke me up. People opening and closing doors could be heard. Mold growing in the bath tub area / dirty shower curtain

This was the second time my grandmother and I stayed at the Best Western Windsor Inn in Lubbock this year; we stayed for 3 nights for $217.00 through an internet-only rate. Our two double bed room was nicely furnished; the beds are somewhat firm, but comfortable. The bathrooms are an okay-size for a mid-size inn; there is a nice bathtub-shower combo, but only a single sink; a hairdryer was also built in. The room includes a small refrigerator and a microwave. While the continental breakfast is not expansive as some, there is a good variety; bagels, donuts, toast, muffins, oatmeal, cold cereal, milk, orange juice, apple juice, hot tea, coffee, biscuits, gravy, and make-your-own-waffles which kids and adults will love. The dining area is small, but if you go down at the right time, it's very nice. While we did not check out the pool and workout room, it looked to be fairly nice.
The service was fairly good; the staff was courteous enough to ensure that we received a downstairs room. However, they are obviously understaffed, so that one person ends up manning the desk, answering to customers' requests, and cleaning and stocking the dining area.
Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay, and fairly easy to find, with eating places close by.

We spent 7 days at the BW Windsor. It was very clean, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. It was nice to be able to sleep with the window open (2nd. floor). The hot tub was fantastic & the pool crystal clear & clean. Our bath towels were soft & larger than most hotel towels. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I will stay there again when I return to Lubbock. The location of the hotel made it easy to find and get any where in Lubbock. While there seemed to be a lot of people coming and going the noise level was very low.

Very nice, clean room. Extremely pleasant staff.
Warning on the breakfast: Make your own waffles for breakfast in a waffle-iron shaped like the state of Texas (ok, in Lubbock you get your kicks where you can!). There were: cerals, waffles, white bread, semi-white bread, donuts, biscuits and gravy, some old oranges and some very spotty, brown bananas, and a bowl of canned sweetened peaches. They also had whole milk, coffee, and orange and apple juices. God help you if you are a diabetic or on a low-carb diet and want to eat breakfast there!
Really, a very nice place to stay. The only substantial complaints we have are:
1) The high-speed internet (wireless) must have been on the completely opposite side of the building as it kept dropping us. It was also some of the slowest Internet service I've used since I had a 1200 baud phone modem.
2) When one puts out a "do not disturb" sign, one normally does not expect to get a phone call from housekeeping (i.e., being disturbed by) asking if we'd like to have our room cleaned.
Other than these two minor (for us) issues, we had a lovely stay. The staff was extremely pleasant.
