this hotel is centrally located. the staff were friendly and gave us (7 people) much needed information to get around town. the rooms were big enough and the triple room was large enough for 3 strapping teenagers who loved their own room. breakfast was great, with a typical american mixed with european foods. you can go wrong. thanks hotel regina

I have just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. The location is great, about 10 mins walk to the Duomo and Galleria and the same to the Port area. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast staff also great and food choice is varied and plentiful. The room is traditional with fresh bed linen and towels daily, we had a twin room with a shower but we did miss a bath. Beds very comfy and a great size, and a safe in the room. There is a great train service from Milan Nord, to Lake Como, which I would recommend for a day out. We walked to the railway station (10 mins) which was quite easy as the hotel staff priovided us with a local map. We wnt on a sunday and the trains are every hour and take about an hour. Our return journey cost E5.60 return elcellent value.

L'albergo era pulito ma nella nostra camera l'aria condizionata non funzionava. Gli addetti della reception erano scortesi e se ne fregavano. Andateci solo nella stagione fredda. La colazione, comunque, era buona.

This hotel was clean but in our room the air conditioning did not work....the front desk was rude and did not care! ONLY stay here in the cool months!!! The breakfast was good, however!
