I was booked twice in this 3-star hotel in 2006-2007, for short business trips. The hotel is located a bit out of the way, although there is a tram line that connects it to the Metro system. The way to get there is to go to Metro Station Parc. As you get out of Metro Parc you want to walk to the tram stop that is diagonally across the street (not the one on your side). You take tram line No.92 and after about 10 stops (20-35 minutes depending on traffic) you get off at the “Ma Campagne” stop. You walk straight for 1 block and the hotel is to your left.
It is a new hotel and the front desk is very helpful. I even called them, after getting back home, for a receipt I needed and they were nice enough to send it to me.
The corridors are painted with oil paint and you get a cold, almost institutional-like feeling. The rooms are new and clean, the bed comfortable and the TV working but with few channels. The best part is the bathroom, which is much better than what you usually find in a 3-star hotel. I’ve had a room with a back-view and one at the front and the view was nothing special, but neither appalling, from either. I did not hear noises from other rooms.
One complaint I would have is that one of my rooms had a moldy or plumbing-related smell and I had to open the window for quite some time for it to go away.
The breakfast is buffet type, with croissants, cakes, fruit, yoghurts, ham and cheese and juices.

Very easy to get to, you take the train from the airport to Brussels Midi (also called Zuid), then walk outside where there is a tramway and take the number 81 (to Montgomery) and get off at Moris. The hotel is located around the corner from the train station, in the quiet Art Nouveau district. It's also a short tram ride into the Grand Place area, the stop of which is located about 50 feet from the hotel. The rooms weren't spectacular, but it was a three star after all. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. As several reviewers have said, bring shampoo or soap, because they give you small bottles of shampoo/body wash which aren't even sufficient for one shower. Again, it's a quick trip into the main stations and main sites of Brussels, it's comfortable though not flashy. If you're looking for lots of amenities this is not the place, but if you want a quiet hotel that is comfortable for a vacation to Brussels, you should definitely consider it.

terrific place to stay and we found a terrific deal through an online travel agent... really helped to balance out the shrinking $. since i was having surgery at a nearby hospital (kliniek edith cavell - i'll stick to the flemish spelling) we found the location to be quite excellent with a lot of small shops and restaurants nearby, but will agree it is otherwise a bit off of the beaten path. i'd reccommend a cab from brussels midi (about 8-10 euro depending on your driver) as it is a bit difficult to get to otherwise, especially when you are toting luggage.
hotel staff were all very friendly except for the guy who supervised breakfast in the morning who liked to take himself a bit too seriously. included breakfast was great and a perfect way to start the day. highly reccommended!

This clean, friendly hotel is located in the Art Nouveau area of Brussels. It's a bit off the beaten path, but there is a tram stop very near the hotel (stop "Ma Campagne"). The tram that stops there doesn't go directly to the train station, so getting to the hotel from Bruxelles Midi is a bit tricky. You can take the tram from Bruxelles Midi to station Horta and then it's about a 1 km walk.
The bathroom was very nice. Only shower gel and soap provided. The shower gel supposedly doubles as shampoo, but I'd recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner if you care about your hair. The room was smallish but comfortable and clean. This time of year the indoor heat was permanently on, and I had to open the windows to get the room to a comfortable sleeping temperature, which made for a noisy night. When the windows are closed, it is quiet as they are double-paned. I wish hotels would allow for cool air to be circulated even in winter, or perhaps drop the ambient temperature a bit and allow you the choice of turning up the heat if you want it on. Bed was comfortable, but it was two twins pushed together, so beware if you want a larger bed that you probably won't get it. Oddly, the TV had no Flemish (Dutch) language channels, despite Brussels being located in Flanders. I realize French predominates in the city, but I would have thought that at least ONE channel would be in Dutch. There were Spanish and German channels as well, and good ol' CNN and BBC. TV was rather tiny and the old fashioned kind. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was included in my rate and was reasonably varied, with the usual cold buffet items and eggs cooked to order. I'd stay here again.
