I am writing this review to make sure no one else is fooled to stay at this hotel the way I was after booking this hotel with alpha rooms and looking at the pictures they were displaying i was led to believe i was staying at a fresh clean hotel but they are not alone as booking .com is even worse the pictures they show are totally different from the accomodation itself and all i can say is the photographer is good at his job to make this shoddy hotel look remarkably good in these pictures on my arrival at this hotel i was at once reminded of a bed and breakfast in blackpool but things only got worse when we entered our room the carpet was stained with holes the bedding was ripped need i go on my 6 year old summed it up in the 5 mins we were in the room he said mum i dont like it here and as the saying goes out the mouths of babes i could go on and on but i guess you get what i saying so all i can say to end this DONT ! DONT! DONT! go here.

This was our first trip to Paris but not to Europe. The hotel is midway between 2 subway stations, approximately 3/8 mile in either direction and in a working class part of Paris on a semi-busy street. Plenty of bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores a short walk away in any direction. We wandered the local streets late at night and never felt threatened. There are no notable tourist attractions in this area so we spent a lot of time on the subway, which was efficient and safe (buy a Carte of ten tickets to save money). The rooms, hall and elevator were typically European - small but manageable. The furniture was somewhat old but usable. Bed very comfortable. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was impeccable in keeping it that way for the 6 days we stayed. The room has air-conditioning. The hotel desk staff (with one minor exception) was extremely courteous, mostly very efficient and offered to help us in any way they could. Most spoke enough English that we communicated very easily. They offer a continental breakfast (extra cost) which wound up being one of the better options if you're watching your food costs. We both left with positive feelings about this 3 star hotel. It's not fancy but it met all our requirements of a clean room in a safe neighborhood with a tourist-friendly staff and public transportation nearby. We rated this above average mainly due to the helpfulness of the front desk staff. Yes, we would stay there again.

C’était la première fois que nous allions à Paris, mais nous étions déjà allés en Europe. Cet hôtel est à mi-chemin entre 2 stations de métro, à environ 500 m de l’une et de l’autre, et dans une rue assez passagère d’un quartier populaire de Paris. Il y a plein de boulangeries, restaurants et épiceries pas loin à pied dans toutes les directions. Nous nous sommes promenés au hasard des rues du quartier tard le soir sans jamais nous sentir en insécurité. Comme il n’y aucun site touristique important à visiter dans ce quartier-là, nous passions beaucoup de temps dans le métro, qui est efficace et sûr (il vaut mieux acheter les tickets par carnets de dix, c’est plus économique). Au point de vue chambres, entrée et ascenseur, c’est un hôtel typiquement européen, c’est-à-dire petit, mais on finit par s’y habituer. La chambre était très propre, le ménage impeccable durant les 6 jours que nous y avons passés, et il y avait l'air conditionné. Les employés de l’accueil étaient extrêmement courtois, à l’exception d’un seul, la plupart étaient très efficaces et s’efforçaient de nous rendre service autant qu’ils le pouvaient. Ils avaient presque tous un assez bon niveau d’anglais pour que nous puissions nous comprendre très aisément. Le petit déjeuner qu’ils proposaient (en supplément) s’est avéré être l’un des meilleurs que l’on peut trouver dans le coin, si l’on fait attention à ne pas dépenser inutilement pour la nourriture. Nous gardons tous deux un bon souvenir de cet hôtel 3 étoiles. Il n’est pas particulièrement luxueux, mais il a répondu à toutes nos attentes : une chambre propre dans un quartier tranquille, des employés aimables avec les touristes, et tous les transports en commun sous la main. Si nous lui avons donné une note au-dessus de la moyenne, c’est surtout pour la gentillesse et la serviabilité des employés de l’accueil. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

È stato questo il nostro primo viaggio a Parigi, benché fossimo già stati in Europa. L'albergo si trova a metà strada tra 2 stazioni della metropolitana, a circa 500 metri sia dall'una che dall'altra, in una strada abbastanza trafficata in una zona popolare di Parigi. Ci sono un gran numero di panetterie, ristoranti e drogherie a pochi passi in ogni direzione. Abbiamo gironzolato per le strade dei dintorni la sera tardi e non ci siamo mai sentiti in pericolo. Non ci sono notevoli attrazioni turistiche in questa zona, ed abbiamo dunque passato molto tempo sulla metropolitana, che era efficiente e sicura (se volete risparmiare, comprate un blocco di 10 biglietti). Le camere, la sala d'ingresso e l'ascensore erano tipicamente europei – piccoli ma accettabili. La mobilia era un po' vecchia ma utilizzabile. Il letto era molto confortevole. La camera era molto pulita ed il servizio di pulizia delle camere era impeccabile, ed è rimasto tale per tutti i 6 giorni del nostro soggiorno, e la camera aveva aria condizionata. Il personale della reception (con una sola eccezione) era estremamente cortese, molto efficiente per la maggior parte, ed hanno offerto d' assisterci in ogno modo possibile. Quasi tutti parlavano inglese abbastanza bene da comunicare molto facilmente. L'albergo offre una prima colazione continentale (per un supplemento) che ha finito per essere una delle offerte migliori se non volete spendere troppo per mangiare. Siamo rimasti molto contenti di quest'albergo 3 stelle. Non è lussuoso, ma ha soddisfatto tutti le nostre esigenze: una camera pulita in un quartiere sicuro con un personale cortese con i turisti, e trasporti pubblici nelle vicinanze. L'abbiamo classificato al di sopra della media, soprattutto per la gentilezza del personale della reception. Sì, ci ritorneremo senz'altro.

Questo è un buon albergo economico. È pulito, confortevole e ben ubicato, a solo pochi isolati a piedi dalla Gare de Lyon. Si può raggiungere a piedi anche la Bastille. Vi abbiamo solo pernottato, e dunque non abbiamo avuto l'opportunità d'esplorare molto la zona, ma abbiamo trovato un mercato all'aperto molto buono nelle vicinanze. Le tariffe dell'albergo erano ragionevoli, e il personale era estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Le camere sono piccole, ma il bagno era abbastanza grande (più grande di quelli in altri alberghi economici in cui abbiamo alloggiato). La prima colazione non era inclusa, perciò abbiamo deciso di fare colazione in uno dei numerosi cafè lungo la strada. In complesso, direi che quest'albergo offre un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo vicino alla Gare de Lyon, esattamente ciò che cercavamo.
