Amazing front desk help

I stayed several days at the travelodge in Richfield, UT. I have never experience a nicer group of people in my life. When I say this, I don't say it lighty. These people really know how to make you feel at home. Your safety, and needs will be highly valued as you find yourself in the company of a very clean and family oriented atmosphere in this hotel. "stay to believe it." A highly respectable young lady by the name "Jerimie" was there for me. She works at the front desk and I can't thank her enough for being so nice to me. I would recommend this hotel to all VIP's whether your family, traveling, riders, or just need a get away.

We stayed at the Richfield, UT Travelodge on Monday, April 3rd, 2006. We were just driving through and scouted out the motels along main street, this one was offering a $49.00 manager special.
I thought it was more than adequate for a convenient stopover.
Service/Check-in
The service was exceptionally nice. They even called the room shortly after we got in to make sure everything was ok, that our wireless access was working and asked if we needed anything else (not often that happens in a "budget" motel). We requested a couple extra pillows and they arrived within 5 minutes, with a friendly smile.
Room
We had a king room. It had plenty of room. There was a desk, a small dining table with two chairs, a dresser with an average size tv (50+ channels, plus hbo), a small microwave and mini-refrigerator, and two bedside tables.
The bathroom was average size, with one sink outside the bathroom, and another sink inside the bathroom with the toilet and shower. Complimentary shampoo and soap. only complaint about bathroom was the "low flow" shower head with not great pressure.
Amenities included coffee maker with variety of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Also had a hairdryer. No iron or ironing board. Free wireless internet. Also a free continental breakfast that we didn't try, but sounded like toast, frozen waffles, juice, and cereal.
View was out back of motel. There is a ranch that backs almost immediately up to back of motel, so had a view of lots of cows, a few with new calfs (cute!), and the mountains behind the ranch. Very pastoral view, if a bit dilapitated (the ranch, not the motel).
Other
There is an indoor pool and hot tub in an atrium-like area off the lobby. We didn't try them, but it looked clean, if small, with large windows (also looking out onto the ranch). not sure if there are many places where you can sit in a hot tub and view cows :)
There also is an attached steak restaurant, but we went to the only chinese restaurant in town. It was very bland, the hot and sour soup was neither hot nor sour, and served with crackers (??). The entrees were huge, but again, very bland for something that is supposed to be "hot and spicy". (don't ask me why we thought chinese would be good in a small mormon town).
I would highly recommend this motel for a stop-over to somewhere, but other than that, not much going on here. It was priced right, roomy, comfortable, clean and very friendly.
